Relax among the palm trees in the newly finished pool and spa area. This 3,300-square-foot house includes:

This house is great for hosting friends and family who visit, with a second primary bedroom with attached full bath and a bunk room for the kids.

Things to note:

Free Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and smart TVs to login to your favorite streaming service. Five TVs located throughout the house, including 15 foot projector in the living room and a 58 inch 4k TV in the TV room.

Outdoor music is prohibited by the city and the homeowners association. Any indoor music that is audible beyond the property line is in violation. Reasonable people noise is allowed from 10 am to 10 pm

Heating of hot tub included. Without pool heating, it may take the hot tub 45 minutes or more to heat up, which you will be able to control via control panel in the house. If you want to heat the pool up to 82 degrees, the cost is $70 per day and will be billed for duration of the stay prior to check-in.

No parking is allowed on the street overnight - but there is plenty of room in the garage and driveway.

Guests who book our house will be required to sign a rental agreement after the booking is accepted. This is required by our HOA.

If you are interested in staying during a period that is booked, please contact us and we can let you know availability. There are times where we have it reserved for owner use, but would be willing to release those holds for a rental.
