We were not aware of the plastic cover on the smoke detector prior to your arrival, but it was removed immediately once brought to our attention. The same applies to the shower soap dispenser — had we been notified during your stay, our team would have been happy to address it right away. Regarding noise, we were not made aware of any issues during your stay. Our team and onsite security are always available to step in when notified. This is a lock-off style unit with an adjoining door, which is clearly noted in the listing description and is similar to adjoining hotel rooms. We also offer standalone units for guests who prefer that setup. Lastly, guests are welcome to have visitors; we simply require visitor names in advance so they can be cleared through the security gate.
