Loved our stay at Beach Please!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect house and location for our trip to Wrightsville Beach. The beach front location could not be any better. I highly recommend taking the 2 minute walk down to the ocean for a sunrise. It's also a short drive to a variety of restaurants. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. We would definitely rent this again.

Amazing location and oceanfront views. Beach chairs, umbrella, and toys were super appreciated. Kitchen well stocked to cook and dine. There was construction going on at a couple spots beside us during the day, but as we were mostly at the beach it wasn’t an issue for us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here when my daughter graduated from UNCW. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. You can see the ocean from the back deck and being able to walk right out onto the beach is just what we were looking for. The kitchen is well stocked. The dryer seemed to take a long time to dry stuff. The only thing I would add is would be nice to have a few extra pillows.

This property was wonderful for our group of 10 people (6 adults, 4 grade-school age kids). The location is incredible and the beach outside was much less crowded than the stretch south of the fishing pier. The outdoor porch space was lovely for relaxing and chatting. The inside unit was plenty spacious for our group with a very well-stocked kitchen. We had one issue with check-in: the AC wasn't on upon arrival and wouldn't turn on when we arrived. It was 86 degrees inside the unit. The communication was quick, and they sent an HVAC technician out, though tried many times to help via phone call- maybe for a little too long. But the expectation seemed to be that we would spend our time (after just traveling and arriving at 4:30 pm) waiting in the heat for the technician, which we did. I guess I would have liked a little more accountability from the property management team with an issue that occurred immediately upon arrival. Especially when you are just getting in from travel- maybe let the people paying for the space go eat dinner while you take care of the HVAC? Otherwise the stay was lovely. Feedback for the owners: the unit could use more dishtowels (we couldn't find any and had to use hand towels from the bathroom for dishes) and more beach & bath towels in general. We washed towels several times throughout our 5 day stay.

I know this doesn’t help after the fact, but you certainly should not have felt that you needed to wait around for the vendor. We work with trusted vendors and never want our guests to feel inconvenienced by having to wait for a service visit. I sincerely apologize that this wasn’t made more clear. I’ll also be sure to pass along your feedback regarding additional towels. We truly appreciate you staying with us and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family back again in the future!

Fabulous stay at Wrightsville

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean, had a great location and beautiful view of the ocean from the porch. Many helpful household items were provided which made things comfortable and easy; including toiletries and beach towels. I appreciated that you did not go cheap on the toilet paper and kept the beach themed knick knacks to a minimum. The kitchen was well stocked and fabulous. The owners have done a wonderful job of making this property feel like a home away from home.
