Serenity Sunsets Cape Coral is a luxury vacation home that feels more like your own private resort, with a TRITOON BOAT available to rent, hot tub, pool, Firepit seating area, putting green, kayaks & bikes included. This newly renovated home is convenient to all the local attractions, yet is situated in a quiet secure neighborhood in South West Cape Coral. It is in the coveted Cape Harbour neighborhood and is located South of Cape Coral Parkway, minutes from Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point, Matlacha, and the beach. You can't get a better location, complete with palm tree lined streets and biking paths.

It is on a wide sailboat channel (no bridges), minutes from the Caloosahatchee River, then direct to the Gulf of Mexico. The fishing off of the dock is great, and we provide 2 fishing poles and a tackle box. After a day of fishing or boating, relax in the private heated pool or use the hot tub. If you want to take in the town, Cape Coral is full of unique dining, shopping, & ecotourism/parks. The number one marina, dining, and shopping center (Cape Harbour) is a bike ride away from the home.

This charming house is a tranquil retreat for guests looking to unwind and relax. With 4 bedrooms including a king bed, 2 queen beds, and a bunk bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to feel at home. The 3 bathrooms offer a mix of amenities like a bathtub and shower, ensuring a comfortable stay. Whether you're lounging in the cozy living room or enjoying the beautiful outdoor patio, firepit seating area, or practicing your putting skills on the putting green, this house is the perfect spot to create lasting memories. **BOAT DETAILS**: The Bentley Tritoon (Seats up to 10) is available to add to your stay. The boat can be rented for $299 per day plus tax and orientation (4 day minimum). You must be born before Jan 1, 1988 to drive the boat and have two year's experience. The boat rental company will provide an invoice and rental agreement. We need advance notice prior to your arrival to schedule the boat for you.
Bedroom Details:
-Master Bedroom includes a king size bed with all linens, dresser, 2 nightstands, large private bath with dual vanity sinks, walk in shower, floating bath tub, 2 large walk in closets, slider to the lanai, and flatscreen TV.
-Guest Bedroom 1 a queen bed with all lines, dresser, 2 night stands, large closet, flatscreen TV, private bathroom with double vanity sinks, and walk in shower.
-Guest Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed with all the linens, 2 night stands, large closet, flatscreen TV, spacious bathroom with walk in shower.
-Guest Bedroom 3 includes Double size bed bunks, Desk and flatscreen TV.

NEED TO KNOW:
We will provide a rental agreement to be electronically signed prior to your arrival.
POOL: The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge in the winter (November 1-April 15th). If you would like it heated higher, it is $50 per week.
FOR LITTLE ONES: Pack and play and portable highchair available upon request for no additional fee.
DOGS: Up to two small dogs are allowed, with a $149 flat fee per stay. Just click pets when you checkout on your reservation.

We had an excellent stay in December and Maggie was a great host. She answered all questions promptly and stayed in communication during our stay to make sure everything was as expected. The house is perfectly situated in the SW corner of Cape Coral and was a perfect place for 6 of us to unwind, enjoy meals together and use the fishing gear/kayaks. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

We loved this house - it was absolutely stunning, the sunsets in the evenings were amazing - had everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed shelling with Adventures in Paradise- enjoyed Bowmans Beach- Fords Garage was a great place to eat and RC Otters in sanibel.

Very nice house. We rented the pontoon boat also. Had lovely trips around the canals. The pool was awesome. We spent most of our time on the lanai. Ate all our meals out there spent two weeks there and was sad to leave. Hopefully we will stay there again. One thing was I am 5 foot 2 and I needed a step stool to get into bed very comfortable bed but high.

Best Vacation Ever!

This home was gorgeous, immaculate and in a great location. Large enough for 8 people - 3 couples and 2 teens. Pool was fantastic and very clean - we really appreciated the noodles and rafts! Bikes were a hit with the teens and the home is located very close to the docks for dinner or boat rental. The beach towels were appreciated as well so we didn't have to use bath towels or bring our own. If you want a worry free vacation, this is the place you want to stay - everything is included, like at home, but better! The sunset from the screened in patio is breathtaking!

Our stay at this home was absolutely amazing , great location, quite peaceful & relaxing with great sunsets , not far from nice restaurants and shopping.The entire home was everything we expected and more,we enjoyed the bicycles and jacuzzi in the evening time! We even rented their Boat and took a trip Over to Sanibel Island for the day! Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. The house was well equipped and the outdoor living area was phenomenal. We did not take advantage of fishing off the dock, but we saw lots of fish there! We had some beautiful sunsets as well! The host was able to answer any questions we had. This is a beautiful home in a great, quiet neighborhood convenient to a variety of shopping options such as the Harbour Shops and the Saturday Farmers Market. Also, some great casual dining options are available such as Lobster Lady and Duffy's Sports Bar and many others.We will miss having morning coffee on the pool deck overlooking the peaceful canal. Also relaxing in the hot tub or floating in the great pool. Both kids and adults spent many hours fishing off the dock. A boat trip to some small islands for shelling and a short trip to Sanibel beach were also great fun.The condition of the home and cleanliness are A. While we didn't have issues any communication with the owners was friendly and prompt. We did have opportunity to meet the owners who are very nice and great hosts.
