"Serenity El Dorado" is a luxury vacation home that feels more like your own private resort, with a TRITOON BOAT available for rent, 2 KAYAKS, HOT TUB, POOL, and 4 adult BIKES included. This newly built in 2023 home has 4 bedrooms & 3 full bath rooms with room for everyone to enjoy. It is convenient to all the local attractions, yet is situated in a quiet secure neighborhood in South West Cape Coral. Walk across the street to Cape Harbour and enjoy dining, shopping, views, and drinks. Tarpon Point, Matlacha, and the beach are a quick drive or boat ride. You can't get a better location, complete with palm tree lined streets and biking paths.

It is on a wide canal, minutes from the Caloosahatchee River, then to the Gulf of Mexico. The fishing off of the dock is great, and we provide 2 fishing poles and a tackle box. After a day of fishing or boating, relax in the private heated pool or use the hot tub. The number one marina, dining, and shopping center (Cape Harbour) is literally across the street.

Walk in and you will see the unmatched view and indoor/outdoor living. Four bedrooms have just been outfitted in modern coastal decor and furnishings. Dine inside or take in the view and dine on the lanai at our poolside dining area with flat screen TV. The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge and ready for you to enjoy. After a day at the beach, relax in the hot tub on the lanai. We have 4 adult bicycles ready for you to enjoy. Ride our bikes to Cape Harbour and Publix grocery store.

-Master Bedroom includes a king size bed with all linens, dresser, 2 nightstands, desk, large private bath with his & her vanities, 2 large walk-in closets, slider to the lanai, and Smart TV.
-Guest Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed with all linens, dresser, 2 nightstands, Smart TV, and large shared bathroom with tub/shower.
-Guest Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed with all linens, 2 nightstands, Smart TV, and large en suite bath with shower and pool access.
-Guest Bedroom 3 includes 4 twin beds (bunk style) with all linens and nightstand
All TVs are streaming content, no cable.

**BOAT DETAILS**: The Bentley Tritoon (Seats up to 10) is available to add to your stay. The boat can be rented for $299 per day plus tax and orientation fee (4 day minimum). You must be born before Jan 1, 1988 to drive the boat and have two year's experience. The boat rental company will provide an invoice and rental agreement. We need advance notice prior to your arrival to schedule the boat for you.

Pack and play and highchair available upon request for no additional fee.

Up to two small dogs (under 20 lbs) or one large dog are allowed (insurance will not insure aggressive breeds), with a $149 flat fee per stay. Just click pets when you checkout on your reservation.
