Regarding the air conditioning, we’re sorry to hear you weren’t able to use it. During the cooler months, we place protective plastic covers over the window A/C units, but they are fully operational and can be used at any time by simply removing the covers. Unfortunately, this wasn’t brought to our attention during your stay. Had you reached out, we would have been happy to guide you through it so you could have been comfortable during the unexpected warm weather. Thank you again for your feedback.
