5 Bedroom Lake House on quiet street, walk to town

Modern 2600 square foot home with dock and 75 feet of lake front on the north end of Conesus Lake. Located on a quiet neighborhood street walking distance to town. Flat lot with easy access all the way from the street to the lake. We are within a mile of three restaurants, a cidery and a brewery. Wegmans, Aldi & Walmart are just ten minutes away, and West's Shurfine Food Mart is just over a mile down the road.

Sleeps 11. Three bedrooms & two bathrooms on first floor, two bedrooms & one bathroom on second floor. Beautiful, updated kitchen with all amenities opens to dining room & family room with gas fireplace. Washer, dryer & air conditioning. Ping pong table & more gathering space in garage. End your day with beautiful sunsets on the large roof-covered patio and a fire in the firepit overlooking the lake.

Lakeville is the perfect hub to explore many attractions. Our house is 40 minutes from beautiful Letchworth State Park, just over an hour from the Corning Museum of Glass, 30 minutes from Rochester and attractions like the Strong National Museum of Play, the Rochester Museum & Science Center, the George Eastman House & the Memorial Art Gallery.

We're less than 15 minutes from the quaint town of Geneseo and SUNY Geneseo if you need lodging for family weekends or graduation. Other Rochester schools including SUNY Brockport, RIT, University of Rochester, Nazareth, St John Fisher & Roberts Wesleyan are just 30-45 minutes away.

Fun family trip!

Excellent Place to Stay

The lake house was amazing. Very spacious and clean. The outside patio was perfect as were the views of the lake. Will definitely be looking to return to this one next time we're in the area!

Wonderful stay!

This house and property were perfect for our girls' getaway! There was plenty of room for 8 women, and the house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. Everything was just wonderful...patio, lawn, location, and beautiful sunsets! The hosts were very responsive to questions ahead of time. We hope to stay again sometime.

We had a wonderful time at The Lake House. The Welcome Book was very nice and explained everything about the house. The front patio and flat grass area was enjoyed by all the kids and adults. Plenty of room for everyone and there is room to escape for some quiet time too. Very convenient to town and activities in Rochester, Stony Brook and Letchworth Parks. We had one hiccup during our stay and it was handled immediately by Julia. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house and we look forward to coming back. The Wrights, Tipswords and Williams families.

We absolutely loved our stay! From the ping pong table to the fire pit everything was fantastic. Located close to everything, stunning sunsets. There were 11 of us from just under 1 to 85 years old everyone enjoyed their stay. Thank You!!

Perfect getaway

This house is perfect for a large group. There were ten of us. There are two separate sleeping area and three generous sized bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. The property is great for games and fires. Finally, it was so CLEAN!

Perfect Family get away!

We stayed at the lake house for my son’s graduation from RIT. The whole family was going, and the 5 bedrooms and location were perfect for our needs. It was wonderful to be all together and share quality family time in this very “at home” setting. From playing Jenga to sitting around the fire pit at nite, it was very welcoming, clean, and beautifully decorated.. The owners were very accessible and thought of everything that you might need for the perfect stay! We will definitely be renting again!

Perfect multi-generational home

We were so grateful to find this property for family coming in from out of town for a graduation. This home is beautiful and perfect for all ages. If anyone has people in their party with mobility challenges, this home is very manageable. The location was so convenient. The home is well stocked. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Hope we have the opportunity to stay here again. 10 out of 10!!!

Great for family gathering!

Excellent experience! The house was very clean, looked newly rehabbed, and was comfortable! Plenty of seating both for eating and lounging (inside and out). Gas fireplace sealed the cozy atmosphere of the living room area. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes for preparing food and eating. Beds were comfortable! Ample parking. Convenient location. Views of the lake and sunsets were exquisite. We would love to return... especially at a time when we can better enjoy the outdoor amenities!!

Amazing Lake House

This Lake House is amazing. The home is very comfortable with a great view. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a week stay with our family. We get together with our two sons and their families every year at the lake and this home was the most comfortable and best equipped home we have stayed in. We hope to come back here again next year. Julie and Ellen are wonderful hosts and answered our questions to them immediately. Thank you for the pleasure of being guests in your home.

Great home for multi-generational family weekend

We were in town with our adult children and our young grandchildren for a family wedding in the area. This property was perfect for our weekend. We were able to all gather around the table for meals/games. Having 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths was perfect for our family. The home is fully stocked with linens (including beach towels) and the kitchen had everything we could have needed. The neighborhood is quiet, and the views are gorgeous. We watched the best sunset on the last night of our stay. We will stay at this property again when we are in the area. Thanks to our hosts for opening their lovely home to us for a memorable weekend.

splendid extended family vacation

Everything about our stay was comfortable and effortless. The home was stocked with many essentials to begin our stay, along with access to extra bedding and towels if needed. The home had ample room for our extended family, 6 adults, 2 girls and one infant. My granddaughters (3 and 4 years) loved their room and eagerly put their clothes away in the easy to use drawers. The hosts were easy to contact and happened to be at the house when we asked permission to dock our poontoon rental before check-in and gave us some help and advice. The covered patio is perfect with comfortable furniture and breezes off the lake. We wanted for nothing more at this lovely home by the lake.

Great for any age

Property was lovely!! Very clean and well organized!! Nicely updated. Beautifully decorated! We had seven senior citizens in late sixties and early seventies. The five bedroom home allowed us to have our own rooms. Two bathrooms on the first floor and one on the second. No one had to navigate stairs at night. That made it so doable for us!!! The open floor plan made it so enjoyable to socialize with one another! And the covered patio was a perfect place to enjoy the lake front property and grill wonderful dinners!! The garage was neat and clean with a ping pong table… definitely a nice extension for fun gatherings!! Could not be more pleased 😀
