Wonderful property right on the beach with included beach set up which made life super easy! There are a few places to eat within walking distance and you are within a short drive to everything. The games and jigsaw puzzles on site came in handy on rainy days.

Stay was amazing. The house was perfect and exactly as advertised. Stan was unbelievably helpful answering all my questions. We stayed with 3 other families and there was plenty of room. Great location and the house has everything you could need. Senior spring break for our high school girls. And a bonus, the balconies are perfect for instagram pictures (our girls took a million).

This is the best beach house we have stayed in by far over the past 20 years! It was stocked with everything you can imagine, Stan the host was just amazing and we wanted for nothing! We walk out the back door to the best beach ever, 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas were waiting on us everyday of our stay!

We enjoyed our stay, the property was as depicted, It is well stocked, clean, and in a great location. Unfortunately the property next door had construction going on. The loud banging, sawing, and tossing of trash into the dumpster was a disappointment. No one’s fault, just bad timing for us. Stan answered questions quickly.

Overall, this property was amazing. The renovations were top-notch. We stayed with the family of 14 and there was plenty of room for sleeping. We loved the bunk bedroom had so much space and big beds. The property was well stocked had a lot of extras like lawn chairs and beach toys and towels! Stan was very informative and just the best host to communicate with! we rate this a five star 10/10 and we will probably book again in the future. It’s a gorgeous part of the beach. There is chair service also available with this property, which made it very extra. Thank you Stan for a wonderful week.

Perfect Girls Getaway

What a great weekend! The property was exactly as advertised and more. It was extremely well stocked with lots of extras. Stan was extremely communicative throughout our stay, and the property was lovely. The updates made throughout the home (and upcoming updates) are on point. We had six ladies, and there was more than enough space. We will definitely be looking at booking again, and MAYBE the husbands and kids can come along next time. 😉

This property is perfect for a large group of family and/or friends. We had three generations, and each generation had their own FLOOR!! The property was immaculate, right on the beach, had umbrella and chair set up and removal everyday, water equipment, and everything you could want to play in the sand and water. To make it even better is the host, Stan!! His communication was superb and very quick!! You could tell Stan wanted us to have the time of our lives, and did everything to make that happen. We had one small issue with one of the ac units, and Stan had the repairman there in 15 minutes fixed and cooling again. We’ve stayed at numerous VRBO and Air B&B properties, and this experience has outdone them all!! Stan, thank you so much for helping us have the time of our lives. We will be back, and knowing you have several properties, it won’t matter if there are just two of us or a large group….we are confident you will have the perfect property for our needs! Stay With Stan!!!!

Beautiful & comfortable home away from home!

The house, Peace of Paradise, was right on the private beach, beautifully and comfortably appointed with all the essentials and detailed touches, and complete with chairs and umbrellas automatically set up and taken down for us every day without us needing to do anything. House is very well kept and the photos on VRBO are current and accurate. The elevator was especially nice with the 3 floors, which helped not just accommodate older family members but just helpful moving luggage and groceries. Large clean windows on each floor overlooking the emerald Gulf and white sand, and covered, clean, large, and well lit balconies on each floor, all overlooking the beach. Location was safe and so close to everything. Stan was an excellent host- so welcoming and everything available to us in the house and around town was made very clear so we could really take advantage of the house and its location- great too since it was our first time in Destin/Miramar Beach. Hand soap pumps, soft toilet paper extras, & even Febreeze spray in every bathroom; paper towels, new kitchen sponge and trash bags; and an easy surplus of bath towels and beach towels that were thick and absorbent; bedding was clean and comfortable; kitchen was stocked; and having the washer & dryer were so helpful. Air conditioning on all floors worked very well. Even had a small cooler which we were able to use to bring home fish from deep sea fishing. Everything was in working order. We can’t wait to return. Thank you Stan!

The web advertisement was misleading when it appeared to rent entire house. It is a duplex. If the listing for rent would have stated duplex I will assure you I would have rented an entire House elsewhere. Very limited parking for three large family vehicles. This house is a couple blocks from a three way stop, it was always bumper to bumper traffic and always a lot of drama to dang back out. The downstairs bedroom where the grandchildren sleep use to be the garage when it rained leaked and soaked everything that was on the floor. If other bathroom rooms were using the hairdryers the master outlets in the top floor over the vanity would not have power, three times. Me and my wife dried our hair around the TV outlet. The Manager of property was Great, house clean and direct beachfront. I would personally not recommend house.

There were 10 of us on our family vacation in Destin. We all enjoyed and felt very comfortable in Peace of Paradise. Aside from the cleanliness of the house, the location and view were top notch. Being right on the beach and having chairs and umbrellas waiting for us every morning was a great start to the day. The convenience of the location added to its enjoyment. We were there for the Fourth of July and the fireworks display was spectacular. From my initial booking, communication with Stan was easy. He always responded quickly and courteously. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this location in the future.

Love the convenience of this beachfront home. Very spacious and clean for our group to spread out. Pool is not as big as we were hoping but the nearby community pool kept the kids happy. Stan was very responsive, professional and helpful to work with. Would definitely recommend for the convenience.
