ACCESS TYPE:

▻ NO LAKE/DOCK ACCESS. Docks in the area are private property and is not ours and guests are not allowed in the lake. During the winter months, water levels at Kentucky Lake are lower. We appreciate your understanding and want to help ensure you have a great stay, no matter the season!

Your Stay at the Lake!



We hope this feels like your own little retreat, a place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the lake. The home is professionally cleaned and thoughtfully cared for, with a bit of charm that comes from being a well-loved space rather than a hotel. If anything comes up during your stay, we’re always happy to help, just reach out.



POLICIES:

To keep things comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that you treat the home with care and leave everything as set up, especially electronics, as unplugging devices may result in a $100 fee. This is a quiet getaway, so parties and large gatherings aren’t permitted, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and smoking isn’t allowed inside. We also appreciate you being mindful of neighbors, cleaning up after pets, and giving us a quick heads-up if you plan to have visitors.



We’re happy to offer flexibility when possible, early check-in, luggage drop, or late check-out may be available with advance notice. Please note that unapproved late check-outs may incur a $50/hour fee, and check-outs at 12 PM or later may be charged as an additional night. Pets are welcome with a $140 non-refundable fee, plus $50 for each additional pet, and we can help return forgotten items for a $50 handling fee. For safety, outdoor cameras are installed on the exterior of the property.
