"This was a fantastic rainforest retreat!" "We stayed for a week over Christmas. My teens loved that they had their own rooms. Amazing tours right on the property. We did horseback riding, zip lining, and a night tour. Our guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. There were plenty of trails that we hiked on our own.We’ve ventured out to Arenal to do the hanging bridges and a coffee and cocoa tour. One day we went to the Pura Vida Hot Springs. We found some amazing places to eat along the route. Brett was responsive and helpful and all the questions we had for him. Thank you for the feedback Pam. Unfortunately, rain does occur and cannot be controlled but it keeps everything lush and green. As I clearly explain in my extensive house and property information, we do not have daily housekeeping but it can be arranged if you let me know. We do try to conserve energy. I did anticipate a dozen towels for 5 guests for 3 nights would be sufficient but had I known you needed more, a message would have been nice. I have always made myself available to guests with rapid replies and service. In case you did not notice, there is an outdoor light right next to the front door. I had housekeeping check and it is working fine. Maybe in the rush of things you forgot to turn it on not realizing your return for the day would be in the dark. Also, as to the trails throughout the property, most are clearly marked with signage (with trail names and arrows) and many are as wide as a truck but I understand your confusion since it might have been cloudy and raining. Thanks again for you stay.
