Guest access
•The neighborhood is accessed by dirt roads. There is room to park 5 cars in front of the house. There is only room for 4 cars during winter months. Street parking is not allowed, and cars parked on the street will be fined by the association.
•In winter months, four-wheel drive vehicles are recommended due to the large amount of snow.

Location:
•We are about 15 minutes from the closest town, Gaylord. Gaylord has about anything you need, and is the best place to get groceries.
•Visit popular lake areas such as Petoskey, Traverse City, or Torch Lake. Mackinac Island & Bridge are just an hour drive from the house.

•Cell phone service can be spotty depending on the provider. Free WIFI is available to guests.

Firewood:
•We do not provide firewood for the outdoor fire pit. There are places nearby along Hayes Tower road that sell wood by the bundle.
