Nestled on Hole 4 of the Tan-Tar-A Estates Golf Course, this home offers the perfect setting for golf enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. Best of all, golf course access is free for our guests—just bring your clubs and enjoy a round on this scenic, 7-hole course!

Start your mornings with a tee time right outside the door, then explore the area's renowned golf scene, including other nearby courses that cater to players of all levels. For a relaxing afternoon, cruise the resort in style with our free golf cart (available April 1-September 30th), or soak up the sun at one of the two community pools.

Back at the house, gather by the living room fireplace, roast s’mores at the outdoor firepit, or catch a movie under the stars with our outdoor projector. With space for up to 12 guests, board games, and move projector, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Beyond the greens, Osage Beach offers a wealth of activities. Explore Lake of the Ozarks, hike nearby trails, shop at local boutiques, or indulge in delicious dining options. Margaritaville’s Jolly Rogers indoor waterpark is just minutes away for added family fun.

House Rules

Quiet Hours: No loud music or noise past 10:00 PM or before 8:00 AM.

Guest Policy: No unauthorized guests are allowed to stay the night. No more than 12 guests on site.

Substances and Activities:
No illicit drugs or illegal activities are permitted on the property.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property or on the patio. Smoking is only allowed in the driveway and butts disposed of properly in trash bins.

Note: A $500 smoke remediation fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking inside the property is found.

Checkout Responsibilities:

Trash: Take all trash to outdoor bin prior to leaving.
Dishes: Run Dishwasher prior to leaving.
Linens: Strip linen from dirty beds on leave on the bed.

Please leave house in the general condition it was when you arrived.
