The Space:

Picture this: the whole crew scattered across a resort-style backyard, some cannonballing into the private pool, others sinking putts on the putting green while the fire pit gets going for s'mores after dark. This 7-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in Scottsdale is built for exactly that kind of trip, with room for up to 17 people and enough games under one roof that nobody argues about what to do next.

Inside, the chef's kitchen has plenty of counter space and a big island for grazing, the living room's fireplace and 65 inch TV are perfect for a lazy morning, and the dedicated game room (ping pong, foosball, arcade, pool table) tends to become everyone's favorite spot by day two. Outside, there's a hoop and pickleball court, a climbing dome playground for the kids, giant chess and Connect 4, cornhole, and loungers around the heated pool and hot tub.



This one's best for big families and groups who want to spread out. It's a two-story layout with stairs to most of the upstairs bedrooms, so keep that in mind if stairs are tricky for anyone in your group. Our local team is close by throughout your stay, so you can just relax and let the good times happen.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner’s closet) via keypad entry.



The Neighborhood:

The home sits in a quiet North Scottsdale neighborhood, close to some of the Valley's best shopping and dining.



Food & drink: A short drive brings you to a great mix of restaurants and casual spots, whether you're after a quick bite or a nice dinner out.



Shopping: Upscale shopping centers with retail, boutiques, and entertainment are just a few minutes away by car.



Getting outside: Scottsdale's parks, golf courses, and hiking trails are all within easy reach, and Old Town Scottsdale is about a 20 minute drive for nightlife and galleries.



Uber and Lyft are readily available in this area if you'd rather leave the driving to someone else.



Getting Around:

A car is handy for exploring everything Scottsdale has to offer, though rideshare works well too if you'd rather not drive. The driveway comfortably fits up to 5 vehicles, just please avoid parking in front of neighboring homes on the street.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



Primary guest must be 25 years or older to book.



This property is 100% smoke-free.



Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125, up to 2 dogs per stay. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. No cats permitted.



We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.



Exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance and above the garage and driveway for quality and security monitoring purposes.



Heated pool fee is $100/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
