I never write reviews…. But the host alone is a reason to write! I reached out with questions about the house, or favorite places to eat, and the response was both helpful and very quick. The house was great and the pool and hot tub was perfect for the times we just wanted to stay home and rest (between all the fun things Tn. has to offer!) The only downfall was the hole in the driveway that could cause damage to a car. Between the hole and the driveway being on a hill, a low vehicle would have a hard time… then again - it’s the mountains. Every driveway has a hill!

Cabin was wonderful, we really enjoyed our stay. Cabin was very clean, can’t say enough about all the games that are provided. The pool area was the best part, as Parrott heads we appreciated the decor. It is difficult to find a cabin that has a pool on the same level, we stayed at other places where the pool is mostly in the basement, this open concept living/pool layout worked so well for us.

The Cabin was as nice as the beautiful view of the mountains. It was perfectly clean and had all of the supplies you might need in the kitchen/bathrooms and even the game room and pool. The host quickly answered a couple questions we had upon arrival and was very friendly. We would recommend taking snap shots of the codes for the gate, cabin ect. ahead of time due to the fact there is no cell service at the entrance and you won’t be able to retrieve your email information with codes ect. until you gain access to your cabin and the WiFi information. We had to drive back up to the top of the mountain to gain cell service and access our needed information. But that was poor planning on our part. We loved the cabin, hot tub, pool, game room, and all the bedrooms. It was a wonderful week.THANK YOU

Fun Cabin Stay with Awesome Game Room Area & Themed Pool!

We had such a great time staying at this cabin! The game area upstairs was a huge hit — there were so many options to keep us entertained in the cabin. The themed pool was absolutely adorable and made the whole stay feel extra special. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed.We loved being decently close to all the fun in town but still had plenty of privacy and space to relax. Definitely recommend for families or anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Amazing family vacation

This cabin was a great find. We had enough space for our kids and grandkids and they had so much fun in the swimming pool and the bonus room full of arcade games. The older boys loved the gaming stations and we love that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Close to pigeon forge so super easy to run out and grab a bite. The owners were super responsive! Will definitely recommend this to others and will be back ourselves.

Home away from home

This cabin is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. There was definitely enough space for me and my family. The kids enjoyed having their own space to relax and play games and they really enjoyed the pool. Every space is so nicely decorated and inviting. The beds were especially comfortable. The hosts were great with quick communication. Overall, an amazing stay.

Beautiful Cabin and Wonderful Hosts

We had an amazing family vacation at Bear Creek Haven! The whole process from checking in to checking out and communication with the hosts etc was stellar. We had three families sharing the cabin, six adults and five children and there was plenty of space for all of us. The pool was fantastic after long days of activities. The kids had so much to do, air hockey, nerf guns, video arcades and PS5, there was never a dull moment. Everything about this cabin is top notch, we will definitely be planning another trip to Bear Creek Haven.

A Perfect Family Getaway – Highly Recommended! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The host was absolutely wonderful—welcoming, responsive, and truly thoughtful in making sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Their attention to detail made us feel instantly at home.The location was ideal: close to local attractions yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Whether we were heading out for adventure or relaxing indoors, it was the perfect base for exploring.The property itself had everything a family could ask for. Adults enjoyed the cozy, well-appointed spaces, while the kids had plenty to keep them entertained—from games and toys to a safe outdoor area. Every amenity was thoughtfully chosen to cater to all ages, creating a balanced space that supported both fun and relaxation.Truly a gem of a stay. We left with happy memories and will definitely be returning!

This cabin was absolutely beautiful!! Very cozy, the pool room was nice, host was very responsive and accommodating. The only issue my family found was the privacy, the cabin next to this one seats directly staring onto the balcony, jacuzzi etc.. at one point I walked by the bedroom window and the guest next door was looking in and waving and also has a shared driveway, so very very close to the neighbors!! But other than that a beautiful place!! Would stay again for sure!!

This cabin is very clean and cozy. The attached main level swimming pool/room was incredible. The hot tub and rocking chairs on the front porch were amazing. R&R at its finest.The game room provided much fun for all 6 of my kids and myself. The driveway is steep and need to come in from the side if you have a vehicle low to the ground or a trailer. This will avoid dragging/ground contact.There is a WIFI/Bluetooth karaoke machine in the living room that provided hours of entertainment. There is also a Fender acoustic guitar that was much fun to strum. Each of the 4 bedrooms have their own 3/4 to full bathroom. There is no “guest” bathroom if the bedrooms are occupied. This did not cause an issue on our 3 night stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Beautiful short drive around the hill to get to the river and pigeon forge. All of the cabins at this complex look very nice. This one stands out having the private pool house.There is also a pool and put-put overlooking a waterfall by the clubhouse. 5 stars and will be back!

We stayed at this cabin with a group of 12 ranging in age from 10 to 67, and there was something for everyone to do. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after busy days, and the game room was so fun , Golden Tee and the karaoke machine were the standouts and saw nonstop use! It’s hard to find a rental that truly works for both grandparents and grandkids, but this one did. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a place where everyone can find something to enjoy.
