The kitchen has new appliances, a large prep area for cooking on the kitchen island and a butlers pantry off the kitchen with a sink. The charming breakfast area seats an additional 4. This beautiful home has a newly renovated spa-like bathrooms throughout. The main floor has one primary bedroom (king) with adjoining bathroom (tub and walk-in shower) and one queen bedroom has an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. On the upper level two bedrooms (which a queen bed and a double bed) share an adjoining Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the terrace level, one bedroom (with queen bed) has an adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower. One of the terrace bedrooms has glass french doors which open to the lower living room.
