🏠 The Space: This 896 sq ft mountain retreat is designed with your comfort in mind. Featuring a King bedroom and a Queen bedroom with a SLIDING/FOLDING WALL (see photos) that can be adjusted for privacy or left open to enjoy extra views.
Even with the wall closed, the Queen bedroom has private access to the guest bathroom and access to the balcony. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains, ensuring restful sleep. The living room offers a Queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress for added comfort.

There are NO STAIRS to climb—though on the 3rd floor, the entrance is located on the main level for easy access. Step out onto your private deck and soak in the morning sunshine with a cup of coffee, or relax in the shaded comfort during the afternoon—ideal for Après.

🏂 Prime Location: Our condo is just a short walk to the West Wall lift, making your mountain adventures effortless. Prefer not to walk? Take advantage of the Free shuttle, which stops right in front of the parking lot—easy access to all the amazing things Crested Butte has to offer!

🛁 Relaxation Awaits: After a long day of exploring, unwind in the complex-wide hot tub, which boasts some of the best views around. The hot tub is conveniently located on the same floor as our condo and is available from 10 AM to 10 PM. There’s also a shared grill—perfect for cooking up a meal while taking in the incredible mountain scenery.

Use of Sofa Sleeper is a additional one time linen fee of $45 for housekeeping.

The guest room with a sliding/folding wall can be kept open for an airy, spacious feel, or closed for privacy.
