We just returned from 5 weeks at this beautiful property. It is very private and quiet. We enjoyed most days in the back pool area. We took advantage of the gas grill, eating most meals outdoors as well. Andrea, the Property Manager, was helpful and quick to respond to any questions. It exceeded our expectations and we were happy to book again for next year!

Our Florida Winter Home

This is the second year weā€™ve stayed here in January, and weā€™re already planning on 2026! This place is great if you like privacy and a place with a homey feel. The house is spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. The host is very responsive to any needs you may have. We highly recommend this property for a couple or family!

We had a great time. Very nice, clean house. Nice big pool and a very private location with no visible neighbors. Wild area out beyond the back yard. We really enjoyed our week there.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Except that the Florida weather wasnā€™t what we would have wished, the home met and exceeded our expectations! We werenā€™t able to use the pool because of the rainy, cloudy weather, but on the few sunny days we had, it was nice to sit by the pool and relax. We look forward to being able to stay here again!

Wonderful home!!

This home was perfect for my parents escape from winter in MN. Itā€™s a very roomy house, the 3.5 bathrooms was so nice, and the pool area was awesome!! The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The property manager was such a wonderful gal, promptly answered any questions. Highly recommend this property!!

Huge house and pool in quiet setting

My family had a great stay. The house is very large. Pool is a great size. Each room having a bathroom was excellent. Martina was great at communication and came over to make sure the pool was running correctly. Some things are a little dated, but we loved quiet location with a ton of privacy.

The house was very large with a great pool area. The house was very clean and the kitchen was updated and well stocked. The rest of the house was dated and in need of general maintenance and updating. The furniture was old and worn, needs replacement.

Hidden Oasis

We stayed at this home in Lehigh Acres and it was great. The pool and hottub are very clean and nice to hang around anytime of the day. Having 3 bedrooms with 3 separate bathrooms is extremely nice. The house is situated at the end of a coldusac and you literally don't see another house, or hear anyone else. It has everything you would want or need to prepare meals. Our host was very quick to respond to every question we had. The only two things that could use some improvement are the beds, and the well water sulfer smell that comes and goes from the outside pump station on the side of the hosue. For the price this was worth every penny.

Nice House

The house is as pictured, so we knew what we were walking into. Our host was very responsive from check in to check out. The pool was GREAT! The house did have a pet smell, but we bought febreze to take care of that! siting out back at night with the ceiling fans going was the best! You hear a lot of nature at night but can't see due to not much lighting. The back yard needs more lights. If your looking for a simple home with lots of relaxation and very quiet neighborhood. This is it! We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

This home was extremely disappointing and not as advertised. The photos appear to be many years old, and the property is in serious disrepair. The pool deck was dirty on arrivalā€”with food under the patio table and sharp gravel-like pieces everywhereā€”and the patio furniture was torn, worn out, and covered in spider webs. The fans, overhead kitchen shelf, and several areas of the home were visibly dirty, with tiny bugs on the counters and grease around the outlets, We contacted the host prior to booking to be sure the pool and spa would be heated. When we arrived, the pool was green and both the pool and spa were too cold to use. Despite following the instructions in the binder and then additional instructions from the host, the heat did not work until a technician arrived two days later. After working on the equipment (which involved some loud bangs), and turning on a breaker had been turned off, the spa warmed up, but even after that, but the jets couldnā€™t be used because the caps were broken and the air would water would pour out. The pool never reached the temperature that had been confirmed to us before booking and was too cold to use. A guest from March, 2023 had noted similar issues in the guest book in the house.A number of basic amenities were either broken or not maintained:ā€¢ The microwave was broken when we arrived and was not replaced for 5Ā½ days. We had to delay our plans that day as the new unit was delivered and installed and then sweep up after them, desp

Nearly perfect vacation home

This house is set up perfectly for a vacation house. Each of the 3 bedrooms is en suite. The master and one of the others lead directly to the lanai pool/hot tub area. It's at the end of a cul-de-sac and very private. It's not within reasonable walking distance to anything, but that wasn't a problem for us. Our kids don't care for the beach, so a 1/2 drive once during the week reminded them why they prefer a pool and great set up like this place. All in all it was, like I titled the review - a nearly perfect vacation home. The - and I'm not exaggerating ONLY draw back that we found was the water. The sulfur was literally overwhelming and nauseating. My kids refused to use the showers and my pre teen daughter was dry heaving the one time she considered it. I suppose it's one of the drawbacks one has to deal with being at sea level with little to no soil in which water can be filtered; however, I have to believe there is some kind of treatment available. Since there was a drinking water filter, the nasty water was not a deal-breaker. With that single item being the only potentially negative thing I could say, I wouldn't let that stop you from renting this place - it was FANTASTIC and exactly as advertised.

Stressful , disappointing , Frustrating

I have stayed at numerous VRBO properties for years and never have I had issues like this. Property manager not getting back to us in a timely fashion until I called VRBO and even then was not great. No water in house pool and spa not working tripping breakers. I got stung by ground bees while talking to the electrician ,and being assured it would be fixed immediately. We were there for a week and the day before we left things were better but by then the pool was green. And I took meat out of the freezer and sat on counter for a hour to find hundreds of sugar ants all over it. This was supposed to relaxing and fun and turned into a nightmare! We planned this trip for over a year and it was horrible. We were going to leave but we had our dog. We asked the property manager for 50% refund she agreed and then a hour and a half later said owner said no . Gave us back 500 as long as everything would be fixed by the end of day. That never happened. We paid alot of money to be stressed and disappointed.
