Direct Oceanfront Condo in the heart of Myrtle Beach

This beautiful direct oceanfront condo is in the heart of Myrtle Beach, located at the popular Coral Beach Resort. Direct oceanfront views await from the living room and balcony as well as pool views. This condo has a king size bed in the bedroom and a murphy bed in the living room and therefore will sleep 4 adults comfortably. This is a true 1 bedroom unit, you do NOT enter through the bedroom like many, instead there is a dedicated entrance therefore entry and exit is done without going through a bedroom. This is a huge plus compared to the normal enter through the bedroom layout. Al new LED lighting throughout, new flooring and new stainless appliances will assist in making your stay as enjoyable as possible. The resort has multiple pools to choose from, both indoor and outdoor, a lazy river, 3 hot tubs (1 outdoor and 2 indoor) and a kids pool. The resort grounds are immaculate with luscious landscaping throughout. Covered indoor parking with elevator access to the parking garage means your vehicle will be out of the elements and no matter the weather you will be comfortable going in and out of the condo from the parking garage.

You will have access to one parking spot during your stay at no additional charge. This is a non- smoking resort.

You will not have access to the bowling alley, exercise room or kid zone.

The unit rental includes ONE parking spot in the parking garage. Metered spots owned by the city are on 11th street adjacent to the resort that you can use subject to availability and for a charge.

LOST KEY CARDS WILL RESULT IN A $25 CHARGE

The apartment is exceptionally clean and located in a fantastic place.Brian was extremely helpful and took care of everything we needed — the door code, parking, etc.We enjoyed the sound of the ocean, the pleasant atmosphere, and the fresh air.We’re planning to come back for a month in October

Check-in was a nightmare. I arrived at 5pm with all my luggage and groceries, only to find the code I was given didn’t work. I was unable to reach the owner, so I had to call the HOA. Thankfully, the lady I spoke with could tell I was panicked and sent an emergency message to the owner. After 45 minutes of trying and retrying the code, it finally worked—without explanation. I never received a follow-up call or apology. When the owner reached out the next day, I was told I had locked myself out by entering the wrong code, which I found insulting. We never once had an issue entering the code again during the rest of our stay.Inside, the condo looked nice at first glance and matched the pictures. The furniture and décor were pleasant, but it clearly doesn’t get dusted often. There’s no dehumidifier, so everything felt damp, especially the bed sheets, which smelled like mildew and felt cheap. The damp sheets ruined it for me—we booked four nights but left after three.Practicality was also lacking: there was no broom to sweep up sand, and the kitchen had very limited cookware, so don’t expect to cook much. The resort itself had convenient beach access and a nice variety of pools, but they weren’t the cleanest, and the pool chairs had moldy cushions.The only part of the stay that wasn’t disappointing was the beautiful oceanfront view.Resort Rating: 3/5

Guest failed to read the simple check in instructions and used the code for the lockbox that is at the entrance of the resort which gives you your elevator key for the door code. She did this multiple times and locked herself out of the unit for 10 minutes because that is what the smartlock does as well as every other smartlock. The other statements about out unit are simply false because we would not refund her for her stay because she was locked out of the unit for 10 minutes due to her failure to follow simple instructions and because we took 15 minutes to respond to her. Unreasonable guest, simple as that.

Here’s a polished version that keeps your concerns clear while remaining professional and credible:I would rate this property 1 out of 5 stars.The home itself was very nice, clean, and had a great atmosphere. Under different circumstances, this easily could have been a 5-star stay.Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by what felt like constant surveillance before, during, and even after my stay. I traveled with my three children, who were simply excited to spend a weekend at the beach and enjoy a fishing trip together. We spent most of our time away from the property, including a 12-hour fishing charter that became closer to 13–14 hours when travel time was included.What was most disappointing were false accusations regarding behavior and activities that never occurred, including allegations involving fireworks. I do not use fireworks, nor did anyone in my group engage in any inappropriate conduct. Being accused of things that did not happen made us feel uncomfortable and unfairly judged throughout our stay.If you are comfortable with extensive monitoring and scrutiny while on vacation, you may not have an issue here. However, if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway where you can enjoy time with your family without feeling constantly watched, I would recommend looking elsewhere.It’s unfortunate because the property itself is beautiful, but the overall experience left me feeling disappointed and discriminated against rather than welcomed.
