Welcome to your private 5-acre treehouse-style sanctuary perched high on Lookout Mountain. This premium cabin blends rustic warmth with modern luxury, featuring vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings and gorgeous pine floors. Soak in panoramic "Brow views" from multiple expansive decks, unwind in the 5-person hot tub, or gather around the fire pit under the stars. Whether you are sipping morning coffee on the rocking chair porch or pouring wine at the custom outdoor bar, this is your ultimate mountain escape. This cabin was even featured on FOX TV The Spiel show.
Things to do:
Top rated McLemore golf course and the Creag restaurant is 5 minutes away as is the Canyon Grill restaurant and Cloudland Canyon State park with waterfalls, hiking, and incredible canyons. Famous attractions Rock City and the Incline Railway are 20 minutes away while Ruby Falls is 30 minutes. Hang gliding is 15 minutes, Chattanooga is 30 minutes and white water rafting is about an hour! Plenty to do in Chattanooga with the Tennessee Aquarium, Chattanooga Zoo, and all the restaurants, breweries, and wineries.

Small dogs considered with prior approval. Security camera is at front entry/front porch and cannot be touched or obstructed. This is a smoke free property - there is no smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on the property. No additional guests are allowed other than those on the reservation.

This felt like a relaxing getaway, but was close enough for us to have adventures in the area. Nestled into a little mountain side, it was great to watch the sunrise from the front porch. The house was clean and felt like home.

The cabin was exactly what I expected. Plenty of room. It had everything you would need to vacation. We were able to go to the areas we want to see in about 30 minutes.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better and made it easy to get to everything we had planned. The cabin was very cozy and had the most beautiful view. It was the perfect spot to celebrate our engagement!

The directions to the cabin were very helpful in finding the driveway in the trees.We enjoyed the hot tub and view from the porch.There's a Dollar General nearby for supplies and several local restaurants to eat at (highly recommend going to Crew Smokehouse and Grill ).We had an issue on our first night, but we contacted the owner and he took care of things asap. He kept in contact to ensure things got fixed by his hired crew.

We had a great time at the Treehouse Cabin. The cabin was clean, there were plenty of kitchen dishes and utensils, and the hot tub was a bonus. The views were amazing, and I bet they are spectacular in the fall.

We lived out stay at the treehouse cabin !! It was secluded and the views were amazing!! We have 3 kiddos age 2 1/2, 5, & 7 and we had plenty of space !! It was clean and has everything we needed

Fall Trip

The cabin was great especially enjoyed the hot tub. Also enjoyed awesome sunsets overlooking the valley. We hope to come back here again next year.

Amazing getaway

We absolutely loved the tree house. The views were breathtaking and seeing them from the hot tub made it even better. Everything was great! Will definitely be back if we are ever out this way.

Loved it!

Very clean & has anything you may need. Loved the hot tub, amazing view, and how secluded it was from everything. Chattanooga is about a 30 minute drive from the cabin, but even that wasn’t bad. Thank you for the stay, Douglas!

Except for arriving in a storm that hit electricity it was very good. Electricity returned around 11pm. Host was in good communication.

Family vacay

The property was very nice. A little close to the highway but easy to find. The hot tub was very clean and nice. Stores were within a 5-10 mile drive. Beds were soft. No wifi but we still had signal on our cell phones. The owner was very prompt when I had questions and acted quickly when I had any issues. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful view from porch

The check in process was great. We found sufficient dishes and cooking utensils. We had some difficulty getting up the first of the driveway. There is slight step down to bathroom that some of us tripped over. The loft is definitely not designed for adults. My granddaughter had to stoop over to get in and out of bed. We didn't like the "no" wifi . We had a great time and enjoyed some good family time

Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Part of the gravel driveway did wash out with a couple of heavy rains. We are glad to report we have concreted that portion of the driveway so it will never be a problem again. Also, we are sorry that we were not able to change your reservation and add more guests as you requested since we only accommodate a maximum of 6 total.

Had a great stay at this cabin!

Been to spring break many times in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, always with our two sons. But this year was the first time in many years for just my wife and I and we wanted somewhere different to go in Tennessee. We had our little dog who has always went with us, so pets allowed was great. The cabin is very nice along same mountain area as Lookout Mountain and within 30 minutes to most attractions, like Rock City, Ruby Falls and the Incline Railway. Cabin was clean and hot tub awesome! View spectacular with complete wrap around deck! Only negatives might be little area to walk (dog) near cabin (steep grade and woods), no internet (but phone sharing, good signal) and a strange main entry through main bedroom and bath. Chatanooga also 30 minutes away and a dog friendly city. I would highly recommend this cabin!

Wonderful views

Highway is near so open windows aren't great for spring time. Other than that place was perfect and we had a great time. I could sit and drink my coffee every morning on that deck. 💗☕️ *For future guests, we left a grocery card in a kitchen drawer if you want to use it. We saved quite a bitnon grocery at the Ingles. The Ingles market employees are very friendly. Chattanooga is 30 minutes away, with many things to do. Definitely check out the naughty cat cafe if you like kitties 😸 🐈 you get to spend an hour with cats and drink a coffee or other types of beverages. All cats can be adopted 😀

Home base for Cloudland Canyon State Park

The location is very convenient to this awesome state park, so we used this as our base. We loved the porch for the beautiful view and abundant songbirds- we had all our meals there, an evening glass of wine, etc. It is a delightfully rustic, eclectic cabin, nicely decorated and well-appointed for your needs (thank you Douglas!). The couch in the great room had an odd odor for us, so we avoided using it, otherwise the inside of the cabin was very clean. Others have commented that it has Keurig coffee (including a refillable brewing cup), and that the front door enters into the largest bedroom (this was no issue for just the two of us). If you are outside you will hear sporadic road noise, as Rte 136 is visible within 50-75 yards of the cabin- but with windows closed and AC on it was fine. Douglas, the property manager, was very prompt and professional with all communication- much appreciated!

The house was very clean inside. The outside was covered in spider webs due to it being in the middle of the woods. Having to keep a key is not convenient would recommend getting a keypad lock for the door. Only about half of the hot tub jets worked and they only allow the AC to be turned down to 71 which is not cool enough for the bedroom downstairs or in the loft. We stayed on days it was 96% humidity and felt like over 100.
