We apologize for the WiFi issues you encountered; it can be a bit spotty in certain areas and at specific times of day. We will speak with the homeowner about the cable and revise our listing information accordingly, as well as look into adding some verbiage for the in-home collateral about the ski-in/out directions, etc. We look forward to welcoming you back to Big Sky again soon!
