The private balcony with partial ocean view makes a perfect perch for morning coffee or relaxing afternoon breeze. The kitchen comes well-equipped for home cooking convenience. In the evenings, unwind in the living room while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. Additional home essentials include free WiFi and central air-conditioning. Shared laundry facilities are located in the building for additional on-site access.

Beach Volleyball

Tennis & Pickleball Courts are free to use but recommend reserving a court time. Rackets/balls are available to checkout from front desk. (Limited availability)

Adventure Cove putt-putt golf is 1/4 mile away and a very bike ride away.

CocoNutz Sportz Bar is open year-round. It offers entertainment and a varied menu.
Pool tables are available for recreation and league play. Hours of operation are from 4:00PM to 12:00AM.

Gator’z Pizza located in the Convention Center, offers pizza, wings, and more with a family friendly atmosphere.
Open seasonally at 5:00PM to 10:00PM.

Jamaica Joe’z Beach Bar is located beside Hilton Head Island’s largest oceanfront pool and is open seasonally from 11:00AM to 9:00PM. Entertainment and food are available.

**Parking is a flat rate of $35 per car. Please advise after booking if you need one or two passes.

Guest have full access to this one bedroom, one bath unit.

I will follow guests lead, but I am available if needed.

- Unit is on the first floor, private corner unit, you can take a few stairs or use the ramp for full handicap access.
- Washer and Dryer available in the building, NOT in the unit.
- Queen bed with upgraded sleeper sofa. This Villa is ideal for a couple or small family.
- Maximum 4 Guests
- No Pets allowed
- ABSOLUTELY No Smoking or Vaping in the unit or on the balcony.
**Excessive stains or damage to linens (comforters, sheets or towels) discovered after checkout will result in a fee being charged back to the guest. Black make-up towels are provided for your use.

Villa Towels are not to be used at the beach or the pool.
