Inside, you'll find an open second-floor living area with a sleek kitchen featuring granite countertops, a dining table for 10 guests, and a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa. The first level boasts a flexible space with a desk, twin trundle bed, seating area, TV, and full bathroom—perfect for games or movie nights. The third level features all three bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a full-sized bunk, twin top, and twin trundle, all sharing a full bathroom.
The rooftop deck offers the perfect spot to unwind, complete with a BBQ grill island, ice bin, private hot tub, fire pit, and breathtaking 360-degree mountain views. This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.
IMPORTANT: 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months. Our contract with the snow plowing company states that plows will be deployed only once 6” of snow has accumulated on the roads. We will not be able to send someone until then.
