Bedroom with 2 Twin XL beds that, at request of guest can be converted to King, Roll out bed (on a thick 4 inch mattress) that can be added to any room of your choice.
Loft with a a queen size sleeper sofa and a separate office area with a monitor provided.

Coffee station with drip, pour over and capsule coffee options.
Beautiful sunsets with view over lake, golf course - no fences as far as the eye can see.

Guest Access:
Guest will enjoy full exclusive access to the property.
Owners do not live on site.
Property is very private, tucked away from the street and neighbors, yet within short walk to restaurants, beach, Starbucks
Full time property manager is available.
Guests can enjoy free access to gym, swimming pools, hot tub located in the complex.
