Paradise Found

Come relax in Paradise and listen to the soothing sounds of lava rock fountains and tropical birds singing while being surrounded by the beautiful golf course and incredible mountain and ocean views. This amazing 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home is located on the golf course in Waikoloa Village. The house is completely remodeled with high end finishes and a private pool(POOL IS NOT FENCED OR GATED) with amazing views of the the mountains and ocean. There is an outdoor kitchen, BBQ and lots of fruit trees for your enjoyment. We are walking distance to tennis courts, shopping, restaurants and a short bike ride to the beach. There are two living rooms one with a 85 in TV and the other with a 60 in TV. The master suite has a king size bed and an en suite. There are two rooms downstairs with queen size beds and one bunk room with 2 full size beds and one twin bed. In the living room upstairs you will find a fold out twin bed in the ottoman. The couch downstairs can accommodate two more people for sleeping if desired. We have everything you need to enjoy this beautiful island - bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, body boards, snorkeling gear, cooler and beach towels. Come enjoy the Big Island in this amazing home! Paradise Found is a hosted rental with hosts available to assist you as much or little as you desire.

**** Pool Safety disclosure and requirements. Please be advised****
There is a pool on the property and pool is NOT fenced. There are safety alarms on all sliding doors downstairs leading to the pool. When opening the sliding doors or screens downstairs you will need to push the bypass alarm button before opening the sliding door or screen or the alarm will sound loudly. When bypassing the alarm by pushing the button you will have 10 seconds to open and close the screen or sliding door before alarm sounds. You will need to leave the screen or sliding door closed at all times for the alarm not to sound. Doors cannot be left open. This helps keep our children safe and also helps keep the bugs outside. Please watch children at all times and DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED. Children 12 years and younger and people of any age that cannot swim should be accompanied by an experienced swimmer on the pool deck at all times. Do Not Run On The Pool Deck. Pool deck is slippery when wet. No diving or jumping head first into pool. Pool is shallow. Pool is also equipped with child safety devises, PoolGuard PGRM-2 Pool Alarm NSF certified to ASTM standard F2208 (white L shaped bracket attached to the side of the pool) and a yellow and red floating devise that detects electrical current. Please DO NOT remove the PoolGuard Pool Alarm white bracket unless you are using the pool. When using the pool please remove the bracket and place in an Upright Position following the instructions which are located on the ledge as you enter the house. When finished using the pool please place the PoolGuard Pool Alarm back in the pool. Do not remove the electrical current detector (yellow and red floating devise) at any time. This detects if there is electrical current in the pool and should remain in the pool at all times. If this devise alarm sounds please exit the pool immediately and let us know.

Please be advised there are ring cameras present on the exterior of the property for safety measures.

This house was perfect for my family of 6 and mother-in-law. Beautifully decorated, plenty of towels and blankets for a small army. The kitchen had everything we needed. Even though it is not right on the ocean the top floor view was still gorgeous. My husband and I sat out on the patio in the mornings and drank our coffee before the kids got up. It was very peaceful. There is a grocery store and gas station right down the street. The on island host was amazing! So helpful with any questions I had and very quick with responses. Our family enjoyed playing games together at night and there were quite a few to choose from. My oldest daughter tried to teach herself how to play the ukulele(that was fun to watch). They also have other instruments if your family is musically inclined(mine is not so much). They have tons of pool/beach toys, snorkeling equipment, body boards, sand toys, beach chairs, etc. If our family ever gets the chance to make it back to the big island of Hawaiā€™i we will definitely be checking to see if this property is available.

Amazing family vacation home!!

Everything we needed, PLUS MORE, was at this outstanding home. Quiet neighborhood, and did I say everything we could think we needed plus more. Owner w with the whole property. Family Vacation

The house is large enough for all 10 of us to have some privacy and yet be together. The kitchen is large and fantastic and fully stocked with all that is needed to prepare a meal when wanted. Enjoyed view off patio and pool was relaxing and had plenty of toys to enjoy. We liked the fact the house was set back off road with a privacy driveway and some what secluded. Did not realize there were neighbors next door.

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful home and accommodated our family of 10. Alexa and Vera were wonderful to work. Communication with them was excellent with quick responses. They accommodated our needs. Location is off they beaten path but close to two beaches that are kid friendly. On golf course and isolated from neighbors, along with fresh fruit!!!

Amazing House

The house was huge. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. There is one huge bedroom upstairs and three downstairs. The house was well stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, tons of towels, bathroom supplies, goggles, sunscreen, etc. The view from the deck is amazing, and the house is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood that is about a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and a grocery store. The owners and property manager were available if there were any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful large house

The house and location is very nice. We were 10 65+ tennis players staying for the weekend for a tournament. The space and swimming pool were great. The main draw back is that the owner lives in the house when it is not rented. Their personal clothings are there. There are no closet for guests to use. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Place for Family to Gather

Spent the winter holiday here with my multi generational family. The open floor plan and large kitchen makes it a great space for large groups of people to gather and co-exist. The kids loved the pool. The security system on patio doors helped us feel comfortable with the safety of 2 young kids. Itā€™s set back from the coast in a residential area on a golf coarse. very quiet and peaceful with a local grocery store nearby. Upstairs patio has a nice outdoor dining area with sweeping views facing the sunset. a 15-20 min drive down brings you to a very nice selection of beaches. About 25 min to Kona.

Perfect Spot for a Family Get Away

This was our first family trip to Hawai'i and was over the Christmas holidays. We had a mix of 10 family members s ranging from children to seniors. I really cannot say enough positive about this VRBO. The owner was great to deal with and super friendly and the house was perfect.The house is very spacious and is equipped with everything you could ever need. From a fully equipped and stocked kitchen to kids games/toys, cooler bags, beach gear and the list goes on and on.It is located in a quiet area, with a view of a golf course and the ocean with groceries, gas and another amenities close. The house is also about 20 mins from some of the nicest beaches on the big island.The outdoor living spaces are fantastic with room for everyone and lots of quiet spots to slip away to. There are a couple of fruit trees, so you can grab a fresh orange in the morning and lots of places to enjoy the warm weather.

Wonderful!

First of all, the house is beautiful. Itā€™s also incredibly well stocked, and has pretty much everything you need for your stay. The view from the deck is amazing- loved having coffee there in the morning, then watching the sunset in the evening. There are 2 outdoor showers to rinse off after a day at the beach (15 minutes). Smaller grocery store is 5 minutes away, but would make a Costco run (Kona, closer to the airport) if youā€™re going to be there longer than a couple of days. Plentiful lush greenery and fresh fruit on the property. The pool was perfect for the whole family, and lots of games to play as well. Just perfect. Mahalo!

Such a lovely home to vacay @! Our family & friends enjoyed every moment! Great views all around! Very beautiful mountain, golfing, & ocean views to gaze upon. Very spacious living areas & wonderful rooms to relax & unwind! Bbq equipped by pool & swimming necessities of every kind. Gorgeous & amazing orange-red sunset to end your day! Home is fully stocked with all amenities needed. Kitchen was setup w/ all cooking equipment & food available in pantries for use. KTA, gas station, kings & queens shops, luxury cinemas, etc. only a few minutes away. What a great place to bring fam & friends to create memorable memories! Homeowners(& host) were easy to contact, available when needed, & provided all info needed for our stay. Much Mahalos for sharing your home!

Aptly named, truly is a Paradise!!!

This was our family's first Hawaii trip and staying at this home away from home but more on an upscale level was truly like finding a slice of Paradise and made our short but sweet experience that much more enjoyable. We are a family of six with 4 kids; 3 boys of 17, 12 & 2yrs old & one 6yrs old princess so the pool at this house was a hit! The house had EVERYTHING you could ever need; impeccable decor! Various games to entertain families of various ages, CLEAN! Quite, ZEN neighborhood. Located near luscious greenery Golf course as your backdrop as you rise & open your eyes to beautiful sunrise & soothing nature sounds. Conveniently located. Communication with Alexa was a breeze & truly appreciated the well thought out Big Island Recommendations & tips for our families as it came handy in being our blueprint qusai guide. Vera's on-site was quite lovely and truly appreciated her grace & patience as our flight was delayed & got to the property late in the evening. Only one thing was, we wished checkout was a little bit later as we had 10hrs to spare till our departure flight & could have used a place to stay & also enjoy Paradise for few more hours! All in all, we couldn't stop talking about this place & pretty much served as a free AD as we recommend and continue to recommend for anyone who plans a trip to the Big Island. We will DEFINITELY return!

Home away from home

No amount of words or praises will do this home justice! My family spent 7 days in Waikoloa Village and it truly was a dream come true. The house was perfect for our family and we easily felt like it was our home away from home. We would wake to the sunrise in our bedroom and get a jump on the day. I would enjoy coffee on the deck and then go for a run around the village where everyone was kind and welcoming. I would come back to the house we would pack up for the day and head off on an adventure. When the kids were tired or needed a break from the sun we would head back home and spend time outside playing in the pool. We would cook dinner and eat outside. The house is not far from local shops or restaurants, so if we wanted a fun dessert or drink it was a quick drive for an evening adventure. When I asked my kids what they would review this place, their responsesā€¦ ā€œAwesome, Awesome, Awesome!ā€ This property will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we look forward to one day returning to our home away from home where we can enjoy a piece of true paradise! I would also add that the family that owns this property have hearts of gold! They were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared that our stay and experience was a great one. I canā€™t say enough about the wonderful people they are, we need more people like them in our world! Mahalo to them and the wonderful memories we have from them opening their home!

Fantastic property with one catchā€¦

First of all this is a great house. The amenities are fantastic - everything from laundry detergent to shampoo, to salt and spices, etc was waiting for us! There was nothing other than food we had to purchase which is a first for me! It is beautifully decorated and the outdoors space is an absolute oassis. Again, it had everything we needed from a fridge stocked with bottled wated to games and the most perfect view and scenery. The location was good. We could access the beach area easily (10 min). We thought we would be close enough to bike but that is not really the case. But still the access to everything we needed was good. We were worried that the wind would be really bad but at least while we were there it was pleasant and not at all overwhelming. So here is the catch - the house does not have air conditioning. We stayed the first week of Aug and temps were hitting 90 everyday (down to 70 at night). The thermometer said even higher in this area away from the water. And the house truly felt like an oven from about 2p-10p. Even with fans running and windows open it was extremely hot and very difficult to fall asleep. The master bedroom has a room a/c so that room was okay - the rest of the house was just really hot though. My suggestion for the owners would be to put room a/c in all bed rooms and maybe the living room. Still, once we adjusted we found ways to avoid being at the house in the afternoon and had a wonderful trip. Again , the house is so lovely and we will miss our time there!

We stayed for six weeks at this lovely, beautiful, spacious home. It had all the space we needed for us and our guests. I loved the ocean theme.The kitchen was huge and fully stocked. We appreciated having excellent beach towels, cooler bags, snorkeling equipment, and beach chairs available. I also enjoyed using the yoga mats and weights every morning on the upstairs lanai. The beds are very comfortable and it is so quiet and peaceful at night. It was wonderful to be able to sleep so soundly. We would awaken in the morning to the beautiful sounds of birds singing, and would pick citrus fruit from the trees and enjoy their sweet, fresh taste with our tea and coffee on the lanai looking out at the ocean in the distance. Alexa(owner) and Vera (host) were amazing! They did everything they could to help make our stay the best it could be. They left us much information on what to do on the island and even events that were just happening locally during the week. They were kind and caring and if there were any issues that came up, they would take care of them quickly to make sure we enjoyed our stay.Would we stay here again? Yes!Jack and Diane

We enjoyed the spaciousness and privacy of the home for our extended family of 10. The grandchildren couldnā€™t get enough of the pool area and evening dinners with the setting sun over the ocean where forever memorable.

Outstanding 6 night stay

We just finished a great 6 night stay in mid July 2022. From booking to check out, everything went without a problem. Communication with our property manager, Al, was frequent and always helpful. The house was in great condition and the perfect size for our group with plenty of space for everyone. The house was stocked with everything we needed with views that were to die for. As soon as we completed booking I received communication from Al. He answered all questions and we even went through him for our rental car. I would highly recommend doing this as we could pick up and drop off the car right at the airport skipping the inconvenient and frustrating steps of having to take your luggage and going to a rental agency. Al gave us a tour of the property when we arrived and communicated with us frequently during our stay to assure everything was going well. The house is located on a golf course and isolated enough that neighbors were not right on top of us. The views reached to the nearby mountain in one direction and to the ocean in the other. We could even eat some fresh fruit from the trees on the property. From fresh coffee, to grilling equipment, to strong WiFi, to beach equipment, the house was stocked with everything you need. If you need bulk items, you should go to Costco from the airport in Kona. There's no central air but keep the multiple fans running and you'll feel quite comfortable. Make sure everyone in your group is able to navigate stairs as the pool and 3 bedrooms are on the lower level. We had a two toddlers with us and there were multiple methods of protection to ensure safety around the pool with sensors on the downstairs doorways and in the pool.

Family vacation on the Big Island

Our family of 10, ages 8 to 71, had a fabulous get together in Kona. This house was beautiful and everyone had so much space. Kids loved the pool and the TV room, along with the huge TV. All the bedrooms were perfect for us. The house was absolutely perfect, with everything we needed. Al, our host, was extremely accommodating. He answered all of my questions immediately. There were so many little extras in the house to make us feel welcome. Renting this home was easy. We would definitely come back here if we ever get a chance to come to the Big Island again. Mahalo!!!
