Welcome to Paddlers Paradise! Escape to this 3-bedroom home with 2 living spaces, it is the perfect retreat to unwind and relax. Located on a serene lake, guests can enjoy kayaking, fishing, and relaxing by the fire pit. The cozy interior features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with a king bed, a game room, and an outdoor deck nestled in the trees. Just a short drive to the local attractions, this is the ideal getaway for outdoor enthusiasts or families looking for a fun escape.

Experience the delightful features of this remarkable space! This expansive residence boasts over 2000 square feet of living area, nestled in the trees by sought-after Division 1 of Lake Cushman. Centrally positioned, it’s just a leisurely 5-minute stroll to the park and a quick 2-minute drive to the boat launch, with the stunning Viewpoint Lookout a mere half-mile away. Enjoy the cabin life for nature lovers while experiencing lake living a few minutes away. You will have access to a parking pass to be able to visit all of Lake Cushman's parks.

This home is ideally situated near the entrance to Olympic National Park Staircase and Skokomish State Park, with Hoodsport and the Hood Canal just a quick 10-minute drive down the hill. You can book a tee time at the Lake Cushman Golf Course that is a 5-minute drive away.

SLEEPING:
Paddlers Paradise can accommodate up to 8 guests with 6 beds. This modern retreat features 3 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 queen with twin bunk beds, along with a pull-out queen bed in the second living area. Additionally, it has 3 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials. Two of the three bedrooms feature private bathrooms. With soaring vaulted ceilings and striking 4x10 exposed beams, the home is flooded with natural light from its expansive windows. The main living area is located upstairs, while a spacious bonus room awaits downstairs.

Completely renovated in 2020, this home is equipped with air conditioning to keep you cool during those warm summer days, featuring mini-splits in the common areas—one in the living room and another in the downstairs family room.
Stay connected with high-speed T-1 Internet, perfect for remote work or staying in touch during your visit.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is a chef's dream, showcasing white maple shaker cabinets, sleek black granite countertops, and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy the convenience of a 36" farmhouse sink, and purified water. You'll find a Keurig with K-cups provided, a traditional coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, a large roaster oven, a crock pot, a three-section food warmer, mixing bowls, a selection of spices, and a BBQ grill on the patio, making this one of the most well-equipped kitchens you’ll encounter in an VRBO.

OUTDOORS:
We have five kayaks and one paddleboard ready for your enjoyment (May-October). They’re conveniently set up on-site for you to use at your leisure during the summer. Two travel carts are available to help you transport them down to the lake. By using these items, guests acknowledge their responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur. Additionally, we offer a variety of balls for play, and you can also take them to the basketball court at the park. Life jackets in all sizes, from toddler to large adult, are provided for your safety. A boat launch is just a minute's drive away or a five-minute walk from the house. Nearby, you’ll find a golf course, a playground by the lake, and a spacious outdoor barbecue area. The house features a barbecue on the back patio, a large fire pit, outdoor seating, and a wireless karaoke machine that connects to your phone via Bluetooth. Enjoy the backyard ambiance with outdoor lighting, and relax indoors with a 65" TV in the living room, another 45" TV in the master bedroom, and a 50" TV in the second bedroom.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY:
Family fun awaits! Engage in board games, puzzles, pool, foosball, arcade, darts, corn hole, karaoke, and gather around the fire pit in the backyard. There are water toys, sand games, and a kid's wagon to haul the kids or stuff down to the park/lake. We are family-friendly, offering baby gates, baby bathtub, a pack-and-play, and a high chair stored in the closet if needed. The kitchen is stocked with a drawer full of kid-friendly dining essentials. Please note that this house does not have a bathtub, but a blow-up option can be set up in the shower if necessary.

PETS:
A non-refundable fee of $150 will be added to your booking. We welcome your furry family members, but please refrain from allowing them on the furniture (a clean sheet or blanket can be provided for them to rest on). We kindly ask that you:
- Clean up after your dog.
- Do not leave pets unattended, either inside or outside.
- Keep barking to a minimum to respect our neighbors.
- Check trail guides, as not all hikes are pet-friendly.

**PLEASE be aware:
-The lake is at its highest from Memorial Day to Labor Day and then the water is let out. Please see the pictures, the water goes out past the dock and it is just sand and rocks.
-Due to the Bear Gulch fire please check any hiking spots before booking for closures.
-During December, we do put up a beautiful, large Christmas tree.

The use of fireworks, including sparklers, is strictly prohibited at all times due to the high risk of fire. Noncompliance will incur a fine of $500, which will be charged to the guest's credit card.

Additionally, please note that a vehicle is necessary for transportation to and from this property, as well as to most local attractions. During the winter months, this area may experience significant snowfall, so it is advisable to monitor weather forecasts and prepare accordingly for winter conditions.

Failure to declare a pet at the time of booking will result in a fee of $250, which will be charged to the guest's credit card.
