This central and sought-after location allows guests to get anywhere on the Outer Banks, from Southern Shores to Roanoke Island, in a matter of minutes. A movie theater, mini golf, grocery stores and a variety of shopping and dining options are located within a mile radius. Nearby restaurants and night life include local favorites such as Goombay's and the Jolly Roger, both within walking distance.

- Upstairs and downstairs are not connected internally, allowing for privacy downstairs.
- Outdoor water is turned on April-October. Water is turned off in the cooler months to prevent pipes from bursting.
