The Space:

This villa features a fully equipped chef's kitchen, complete with a spacious island that accommodates seating for five. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a beautifully crafted hardwood dining table that seats ten, ideal for entertaining. The living room, conveniently located next to the kitchen, offers a large, comfortable couch and a sizable flat-screen TV for your enjoyment.



The floor-to-ceiling glass wall opens up to a spacious veranda, featuring an outdoor kitchen equipped with a BBQ grill and a bar that seats five. For sports enthusiasts, there's an outdoor TV to enjoy your favorite games. Additionally, you'll find comfortable loungers perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying the infinity pool, and taking in the stunning views.



The master bedroom features a king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a spacious balcony with stunning ocean views. Its en-suite bathroom includes a freestanding soaking tub, double vanities, skylights, and more ocean views.

The next two bedrooms each have queen beds and en-suite bathrooms.



Just steps away, a guest house accessible via a covered corridor includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a built-in kitchenette. Sliding glass doors lead to a covered terrace, private yard, and breathtaking mountain views.
