The adjacent dining area comfortably seats 7, making it perfect for shared meals or game nights. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for convenience, featuring modern appliances, a Keurig, a standard coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or a quick snack. For your convenience, the villa also includes a washer and dryer.

The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, a private TV, and a balcony, as well as an en-suite bathroom for complete comfort and privacy. The second bedroom features two queen beds and two roll-out twin beds, making it ideal for additional guests or children. This room also has a private bathroom and a balcony, allowing everyone to have their own space.

Edgewater Resort is a haven for golf lovers, boasting an executive par-3 golf course right on-site. Perfect for both seasoned players and beginners, this course offers a fun and challenging experience without ever leaving the property. Whether you’re teeing off in the morning or enjoying a relaxed afternoon round, Edgewater’s golf course is an unbeatable highlight.

The resort boasts an 11,000-square-foot lagoon pool with waterfalls, 11 pools (10 heated seasonally), 4 Gulf-front hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and a basketball court. Take the complimentary tram service to the private half-mile beach or enjoy the fitness center and spa. Dining is a treat with Ocean’s Bar & Grill offering gulf-front meals, seasonal live music, and a tiki bar, plus Starbucks on-site.

There’s even a poolside bar & grill if you get hungry or thirsty. The onsite fitness center includes commercial exercise equipment with treadmills, weight machines and more. Ocean kayaks and boogie boards are also available for rental on the grounds.

A starter set of amenities is provided: The kitchen includes paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen wipes, trash liners, and laundry pods. Each bathroom has toilet paper, facial and bath soaps, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels include one body towel and washcloth per guest, plus two hand towels per bathroom.
