Just a short driving distance away from the Kemah Boardwalk and NASA, and featuring a private pool and pier, Pineapple Bay makes the perfect meeting place for friends and family to come and enjoy a retreat.

Home is located near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac street. Even though the street is quiet, it is close to the Kemah Boardwalk with entertainment and restaurants.

Situated towards the end of a quiet street, this 4,000 SF home is suited for longer and short stays!

Our guests will open the front doors to a living room with a spectacular gulf view - or, if you'd like to make the most of your stay right as you arrive, our backyard features a private pool and a hot tub!

Prepare warm, home-cooked meals in our fully equipped kitchen, or make the best grilled lunch in the Tiki Hut!

Pineapple Bay's room distribution:

Near the game room, the master suite upstairs features one king-sized bed and one full bed.

The second bedroom has one queen bed, and an attached half-bath located in the second living area. This space also features a sofa bed.

The third bedroom downstairs offers two queen beds with an ensuite bathroom.

The fourth bedroom sleeps three on two twins and a trundle bed.

Guests will have exclusive access to swimming pool, hot tub, kayaks, pier and more! Comes with a boat ramp and plenty of private parking (up to 7 cars). Does have a private gate as well for added security.

The house has everything we wanted and needed. The view to the bay is beautiful and the heated pool and hot tub were great. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

I found this vacay to be solid... very good... but little things kept it from being great.If your spending 6K for 4 nights ... Its irritating to have to ask permission for the jacuzzi to be heated or the hours of use to be controlled by the owner. This is actually the biggest issue. The jacuzzi has "hours of operation" ... 4pm to 12pm. What is that all about? If you rent a home, dont you get to use the jacuzzi when you want to? Also... Heating the pool is extra? Ok... I probably missed the small print about heating the pool, but for 6K or whatever, you cant turn on the heater? The title of the home is "Luxury House with Pool"... Its one of the biggest selling points.. To their credit, they expanded the hours for the jacuzzi until 2am, but we were often up till 4am with the family playing games and watching movies and who wants to go to the portal to ask for more time. My kids woke up at noon and had to wait till 430 to juse the jacuzzi... Just weird.Luxury should mean... Luxury without time limits and such. As far as the house.. it was very nice indeed. Bedrooms were clean, the TV sets where huge and the kitchen was spacious. The hosts were responsive and allowed for late check out... and they were friendly. Overall.. very good time... just a little cheap on the jacuzzi and pool. Honest thoughts.

Pineapple Bay was the perfect escape! The bay views were stunning. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and swimming in the beautiful pool. The fishing pier offered incredible sunrise views and great fishing. Having a boat ramp was incredibly convenient for getting out on the water. What truly made our trip was our attentive host, Trey and his his team who was quick to answer questions and went above and beyond. We can't wait to return.

Pineapple Bay was great! Close to the Kemah Boardwalk and lots of restaurants. Communication with host was easy and kids and adults loved the pool and spa. Home was clean and had everything we needed. The view of bay was awesome!!

We stayed here for a short family weekend and it was super lovely. From the moment we arrived until we left was so relaxing. The pool and hot tub were such a nice touch. The check in and check out process were very easy. There was plenty of space and room for everyone so we never felt crowded and that is so important with a family as large as ours. There was plenty of pool toys, the Kyacks were such a nice touch as well. We had access to everything the property had to offer. The outdoor area was a dream and we had so much fun spending the day by the pool. The Boardwalk in Kemah was so much fun as well. The check out was by far the easiest I have ever encountered at a rental. There was no stripping the beds, putting towels all together, taking out all trash or any extra stress. I can't say how nice that was. Theres nothing worse than paying a large cleaning fee at a rental then having to clean b4 you leave. This was a wonderful touch the property managers/owners didn't require for check out. We really appreciate the communication from the owners and they were very fast to respond to the few questions we had prior to our stay. We would for sure stay again!!! Thank you Trey and Beth for the wondeful stay!!!

Beautiful home, but poorly managed.

overall experience was frustrating and disappointingā€”especially for the price (over 5,000). Before we even settled in, the downstairs guest bathroom was out of order. The owner acknowledged it and said it would be fixed quickly, but it turned into a full-day project. There was loud drilling, and a random worker was in and out of the house, leaving doors and gates wide openā€”completely ignoring the fact that I had dogs there caused them a lot of stress and constant barking. Next, the outdoor grill was broken. owner said it would be fixed, but another random person showed up with his wife and kid, barely touched the grill, grabbed a beer from our cooler, and hung out like they were invited. Totally unprofessional and uncomfortable.The pool situation was just as disappointing. We were told the pool cleaner would come between 7ā€“9am, which we were fine with. But instead, he arrived at 6pm, right in the middle of our family pool time, and told everyone to get out. He said the pool wasnā€™t safe to swim in immediately after cleaning. It completely ruined the evening. no hot water- little things like missing batteries in the remotes. The owner did respond and ordered batteries, but it still added to the list of inconveniences. I was even charged an additional 225 for early check-inā€”which I paidā€”but it was refunded after all the chaos began. Overall, Iā€™m really sad this was how our vacation went.

Cleanest rental home weā€™ve ever stayed in. Also extremely well-stocked. We usually have to pack hand soap for bathrooms, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent and dishwashing pods because you only get a ā€œstarter pack.ā€ Not here!! They had everything we needed. Even spices, flour, and coffee! Such a beautiful view and nice pool. We will be back!

Kemah stay

This house is in the perfect location; beautiful bay views, close to everything but on a quiet dead-end street. The host was extremely responsive, check-in was easy and the interior of the house was perfectly clean. There are definitely repairs that are needed and the broken items in the house were frustrating but overall it is a great place to relax and enjoy spending time with those you love.

The house was perfect. The check in and out process was one of the easiest I have ever encountered. Trey was always quick to respond whenever I reached out. Second time we have stayed here and we love it. Normal wear and tear of a rental property is starting to show though: an inside door handle was torn off, several ceramic panels around the hot tub/pull were missing or loose, dirt and grime on outside items ans outside of hluse. But we will definayely stay here again. Jopfully a yearly visit!

Best weekend EVER

Decided to stay here for our daughterā€™s birthday weekend. They wanted a family only weekend and this was beyond perfect for the occasion. They got to swim in the pool, go for a boat ride, relax in the hot tub, and play ping pong with their cousins all while we made bbq and enjoyed music and laughs. Trey was one call or message away whenever I had a question or request. Sunrise and sunset is to die for! Plenty of room for our family and games to keep everyone busy! We will definitely be back because the kids are already asking
