Beautiful lakefront mountain townhouse on serene 175 acre private lake. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps up to 10 people. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds, while the third has 2 single beds and a bunk bed. There is an additional pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Remodeled upstairs full bath has jetted soaking tub; downstairs full bath has traditional shower/tub. Lake club access is included with a outdoor heated pool, private beach, and boat rentals. Big Boulder ski resort is just a 1/4 mile walk, Split Rock Resort and water park is only 1 mile, and Pocono Raceway less than 2 miles away!

Great long weekend

This home has beautiful lakefront views, and very convenient to Boulder Lake club with a pool and beach. Short walk or short drive. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating, a great weekend for me and the little kids.

Nice lake view property

Great Place!

I recommend staying here!! Was quiet and cozy and clean. Close to all the places we wanted to visit. The view is so pretty! Owner is so nice and so informative! Will be staying here again for sure!

Lake Retreat

We had 3 families share this house when we were in town for a gymnastics meets. The view was beautiful. Lots of nearby restaurants and activities. House was very cozy. Jim was easy to get in touch with. We didn’t want to leave. Would love to go back!

Great home

We had a great time at the rental property. The home was very nice, clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. I had a quick getaway with the famiky and this home was exactly what was needed. Again. The home very nice, cozy and family oriented. Communicatiion with the owner was easy and great. Definitely will stay again

Wonderful stay - great property and host

We had a wonderful experience. The property is great - very cabin cozy. We had everything we needed; kitchen had everything we needed. Right down the road from Big Boulder and about 15-20 mins from Jack Frost. (For anyone skiing we preferred Jack Frost.) Owner was extremely responsive and amenable.

Great locations and a wonderful home!

We stayed during the New Year Holiday and loved the location as well as the home. I am very picky and every time we travel like this I pack my own cleaning supplies and clean before we settle down. BUT this home was very neat!! I feel like the pictures do not do this properly justice! We loved watching the sunrise over the lake from the upstairs deck in the morning, and the all day view of the lake from the living room! Would definitely look to rent again if available.

Beautiful view- uncomfortable furniture and beds/pillows- paper thin walls.

Big Boulder Lake is beautiful- no matter what. The grounds are stunning, the listing is as advertised. This condo is in the old part, and you can tell even with the upgraded new features. Owner is extremely kind. I hate to leave a bad review, but nothing was comfortable and no one slept. We spent most of each day on the slopes, which were great! and the nights hanging in condo playing games. The dining room table and living room furniture look cute, but are extremely uncomfortable- way too upright- we all had backaches, but no other options. Same with beds and pillows- just not comfortable. Bedding was nice. Also, the walls are super thin and we were next door to wild party timers 2 nights of no sleep. Then when we fell asleep, the trash trucks came through at 5 am and scared the crap out of everyone- very noisy emptying big dumpsters. I would not stay here again for those reasons.

Stress-free, relaxing lake getaway with great host

I am pretty picky about my surroundings and this home was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Our host was very very nice and responsive. The area is enclosed and super fun for kids to explore. The lake area was super fun; kids played in the lake and pool all day. Host was helpful in recommending places to see (harmony falls and boulder lake field). I can't say enough about how easy and comfortable he made out stay by being responsive, nice and helpful. Can't wait to go back in the winter for some skiing and again next year.

The Best Lake Stay!!!!

We rented this property for three weeks in June. Only 80 minutes outside of Philly we found a relaxing, beautiful, clean condo to set up temporary home to start off our summer. My husband and I took turns with an easy drive down to work, 2 days each, and our lucky kids got to hang out here. The condo is clean, comfortable, well furnished and stocked with enough space for us to work and hang out. The kitchen has everything. Our kids absolutely loved their room and deemed it “the clubhouse”. The views of the lake are amazing from both the living room and master br. We grilled often and sat in the deck. Sleeping with the windows open every night and waking up to Pocono Mountain air was the best. The lake club was a great place to spend many hours boating, swimming, playing and relaxing. The staff their is great. Our host went above and beyond. The condo was immaculate, he left us some walkie talkies and emailed us with suggestions on hikes, shopping, Farmer’s Markets and day trips. We are sad to leave but hope to be back soon.

Wonderful Place!

This was our second time staying at the property and we loved it! The owner was very prompt about responding. The property is clean and the location is amazing. We will definitely be staying again!

Excellent Home...Excellent Location...Great owner...what else do you need?

This was our second season we stayed here... What can I say... Excellent home with everything that you could ask for and more.... It is a stones throw to Big Boulder mountain... You can literally walk to the mountain... Beautiful view of the lake..... Great parking... Easy in and out... Split rock lodge is a mile away if you want to take the kids tubing at H2O... They also have a bowling alley...basketball courts.. And a movie theater...if you have the time: Must see: Country Junction "Worlds biggest country store"...and Boulder Field at Hickory Run State Park.... Jim is a great owner to deal with.....you will have a great time here...can't wait to go back!!

Relaxing and Peaceful

My family and I have been staying at this townhome for 3 seasons now. For the money it is a layup. It is clean, cozy, convenient and comfortable. We like to do a variety of outdoor activities and this town home is right in the nexus of a wide variety of places where we like to recreate. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Poconos. It is minutes to Big Boulder Ski Area and about 15 minutes to Jack Frost. One final thing to mention is that the owner Jim is very accommodating and is easy to work with. I am thankful to have found such a peaceful and relaxing location in this region to spend quiet down time with my family.
