Lake Barkley Waterfront with Private Covered Dock

Our 3 bedroom + house are a great family vacation spot! We can sleep up to 10 (1 Queen, 2 bunk bed sets, 2 twins, and a trundle bed with 2 twins) on the inside and there is room on the 2 decks for those that would like to sleep under the stars! The living room has windows looking out toward the water. The dining room table seats 6 and the kitchen bar can sit up to 4 more. The kitchen comes with an electric stove, refrigerator, portable dishwasher, microwave and cabinets full of dishes, pots and pans, glasses, silverware, and serving utensils. The trundle bedroom doubles as a sitting room for reading a good book or taking an afternoon nap. A large closet off the trundle bedroom has lots of games for all ages and a collection of gently worn books to read while you vacation with us. One of 3 bathrooms is on the main floor.

The loft bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, chair and its own balcony with another place to get away. A bathroom, with shower only, is located off this room, too.

The lower level of the house has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, the washer & dryer and two doors to the lower deck.

The bunk room houses the 2 bunk beds, a wardrobe and the washer/dryer closet. The second bedroom has twin beds with a wardrobe, dresser with mirror, closet and its own door to the lower deck. The lower deck, with a porch swing and another picnic table, provides access to the backyard and the way to the private covered boat dock.
