We live in Indianapolis and can be reached by phone or text at anytime. We do have a local property manager that will be your contact for any house issues that may arise and to serve as your local contact

Guests will have full private access to enjoy the entire home and property, including the private beach. Guests will access the home via a smartlock using a secure code which will be sent via email.

This luxury lakefront property is very welcoming to groups of 12., however it is limited to 8 adults. Two outdoor dining areas and a large backyard make it a perfect location for enjoying the outdoors right on the property.

A brand new set of stairs to the beach were installed in March of 2025 with a beautiful 16x16 deck overlooking the lake. The stairs have 157 steps but are gradual with resting spots along the way.
