MPORTANT NOTE: Portions of the Tidewater building are scheduled to undergo exterior renovations from late October 2026 through early February 2027. The Tidewater Registration fee is as follows:
1 Bedroom - $45 plus tax
2 Bedroom - $58 plus tax
3 Bedroom - $70 plus tax

* Guests who register 24 hours or more in advance will save $10.
* The registration fee includes parking passes, wristbands, and access to the common areas.
