Pior administradora que existe

Na chegada nos deparamos com um imóvel sujo, com as toalhas dos banheiros úmidas e com cabelos e lustres com teias de aranha. Tivemos que lavar as toalhas e louças para podermos usar. Tentamos contato com a administradora (At Vacation Homes) por telefone, mas NUNCA atenderam uma ligação, nem mesmo o número para "emergências" funciona. Havíamos alugado a churrasqueira e contratado o aquecimento da piscina pois pretendíamos utilizá-los durante a estadia. A churrasqueira estava com corrente e cadeado que impediam a utilização e o aquecimento da piscina desligado. Entramos em contato com a administradora (via e-mail pois eles não atendem o telefone) e informamos que a piscina não estava aquecida e que a churrasqueira estava trancada. Recebemos a como resposta que um "técnico" havia verificado que o sistema de aquecimento estava ligado. Respondemos o e-mail com a foto do aquecedor desligado e, novamente, informando que a piscina não estava aquecida e solicitamos que fosse ligado. Foi então que recebemos um e-mail com fotos de OUTRA PISCINA com um termômetro indicando que a água estava aquecida e afirmando que a churrasqueira estava trancada pois "não havíamos pago pelo aluguel dela", sendo que o recibo que comprovava o pagamento do aluguel estava no corpo do e-mail. A At Vacation Homes é a administradora mais incompetente, desonesta e omissa que já conhecemos. NUNCA MAIS alugaremos um imóvel que esteja sob a administração deles!

Just an honest review and hopefully valuable feedback for the company that owns this rental, and helpful for those who intend to rent. The rental itself: was clean for our arrival, however all the furnishings are very outdated and beat up. We found the couch to be kind of gross, especially the stained throw pillows. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint as you can tell its been years since its been done. I strongly suggest the vertical blinds to the back patio are replaced, we had to hang a couple of the panels back up after just trying to move them out of the way. The back patio is plain, it has a table with chairs and two chaise lounges. It needs to be spruced up with a power wash and maybe so decor? Anything to make it feel more tropical and welcoming. Theres a panel on the roof enclosure thats lifted and needs fixed. The pool was a nice feature, however was not cleaned. Lots of sand and dirt in the bottom. We chose not to heat it, since its a pretty hefty daily cost. The upstairs master bedroom bed was like sleeping on concrete, and most importantly the master bathroom mirror is NOT anchored into the wall. I was drying my hair and it slowly came forward, the light fixtures caught it from coming all the way down. There was nothing rambunctious or crazy happening to cause the movement either. I shouted for my hubby to come check and sure enough he was able to move this giant mirror away from the wall.This absolutely needs to be rectified before someone gets hurt.

We were left outside till over 1am because the host did not send us access information although everything was fully paid. We had two little children...this would definitely be an unforgettable memory.. i cant believe that this host has the audacity to ask for a 5 star review after putting us thru this.. besides having bad management that does not respond for hours their house is not any better.. we had to re wash all the dishes.. everything they provide probably doesn't meet bare minimum.. the only clean thing in the whole house was the bed sheets in my opinion . This was a very unpleasant stay from the beginning to the end... this host gets a -5 star review from us.

We just stayed at this house the second week in December. It has COCKROACHES. I am currently fighting with At Home Vacation rentals to get my money back. We informed them of this problem the next day as we checked in late at night the day prior. I have photos and videos. Cupboards and drawers in kitchen are full of roach feces. I was told pest control was reinforced which contained a sticky trap placed on the floor. Not even in the cupboard where they were located. All over the dishes. I also had to inform them they did not have fire extinguishers. I also informed them the pool Light did not work to which I was told it was fixed and it was not and I have proof of that too. The last night I was there, a pool tech came by and had to hard wire the light to stay on and replace the switch the next day. I have NEVER stayed in a place infested with cockroaches In all my years of visiting Florida and then to be treated this way by the company not willing to compensate anything. We dealt with roaches since the first day there!! Who wants to spend their vacation dealing with roaches!!! And then you have to worry if you will bring any back home. This place could use a deep clean as well, just check the vents on the ceiling and the fans. I sure hope they get their roach problem figured out. Disgusting. Hard to deny it when I have pictures and videos. Even roaches on the trap after I placed it in the cupboard where they were located and not on the floor where you left the trap.

This was just ok. My biggest annoyance is that it is a 3rd party (At Home Vacation Rentals) on the VRBO platform. I kept receiving additional instructions, emails, and notifications from the other property manager instead of VRBO and had to pay seperatly through them and not VRBO. This property sleeps at least 8 people. We had 4 adults, 3 children, and one infant. There is a private pool that I requested be heated, but that was not done. They only provided 4 pool towels. The house needs to be cleaned better, particularly the rug in the living room. Walls are so dirty and gross - they really need repainting, and the beds were SO UNCOMFORTABLE. Even the kids complained about how hard the beds were. The only plus side to this property is the location and the club house pool which was fantastic but they charge for EVERYTHING - even towels.

Further away from Universal than anticipated- my fault for not mapping it. There are 4 beds and 3 baths. We really could have used another half bath with our party of 6.The condition of the house is average. Lots of marks on the walls, very worn or cheap furniture and beds. The pool is tiny. Kids never swam in it. The positives- it was pretty clean, plenty of parking, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Kitchen was very large. There’s no salt and pepper or any other helpful things when you’re cooking on vacation- so plan for that.There is small bar soap and a shampoo/conditioner combo given in a small sample size.All in all, we will stay closer to the parks next time but enjoyed our stay fine.

This was a nice, spacious rental. It served our purpose and budget. It is a bit worn and could use some updating. I did have to contact the property manager separately to get our QR code for the entrance gate which we didn't get til the next day but the gate was always manned so it was just a minor inconvenience

Walls need to be painted and furniture

Great location nice facilities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was great had no issues. Lil wear and tear, that you would expect from a rental property like this. Kitchen could use a bit more plates dishes etc, and a few more towels. But other than that minorest of complaints worked out great for us.

Séjour parfait La maison était comme sur les photos Bien située , tout près de Walt Disney et d’Universal Studio Plusieurs commerces dont Wal Mart à 5 minutes d’auto Nous n’avons pas été à la piscine, rivière lente avec tube, car pour nous, il y avait trop de gens . La petite piscine annexée à la maison était parfaite et intime Nous gardons les coordonnées de cette propriété car nous aimerions bien retourner à Orlando dans quelques années et y reloger à nouveau !

Good condo in safe neighborhood

This condo is a nice size for a larger group. It definitely could use some updates but overall, we were happy with our stay there.

Orlando vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was ok. Beds are a little bit hard. Furniture (kitchen table, sofa, counter stools & outdoor table) were run down and need to be replaced. Screen door is broken. Other than that everything was perfect.

Made the best of it

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home appeared beautiful. Bedding could be updated. No luxurious comforters or pillow shams. Master bedroom smelt moldy. By Wednesday it rained and the master bedroom closet had water pouring through the ceiling. When we arrived the pool was not working. Took them to Thursday to say it n needed repairs and would contact the owner. Since the roof issues and it was costing the owner $3000 to repair they could not fix the pool. Took over a month to get my pool money reimbursed. The inside of the home was clean but the kitchen lacked serving dishes. We served our Christmas dinner out of pots like the Clampets. The pool and area outside was dirty. The back gate had a hole in the screen where someone had broke in. The outside electrical plugs did not work he had to let maintenance use plugs inside the home

Bad

Dirty bed sheets master bedroom we checked other rooms all dirty hair from previous tenants on bed sheets, blocked bathtub. Fat floating on the pool and screen around very dirty. Spider webs all over spiders all over walls very dirty and furniture very worn no wine glasses,and to top it all off the ceiling in a wardrobe in the master bedroom leaks a lot when it rains.
