Welcome to our Luxurious 6 bedroom, set on one of the most beautiful 24 Hour Guarded and Gated resorts in Florida. Our villa is fully air conditioned and situated on the edge of a private natural Spring water lake in a 24/7 gated and guarded community which is just 8.3 miles from DISNEY! The resort is by far the best kept resort in the area. The landscaping team are on resort almost daily maintaining the highest of standards. The villa is rented out as a self-catering home.

Our 2502 sq ft home features 6 BEDROOMS with smart TV’s and ceiling fans. The master bedroom downstairs has ‘his’ and ‘hers’ walk in wardrobes. The five further bedrooms (6 in total) comprise of one more King bedroom, 2 bedrooms with a Queen size bed and two twin rooms, these again all have smart TV’s with ceiling fans and walk in wardrobes, making it a wonderful and ideal residence for two or three families to vacation together. This house is superbly situated, nothing is far away but when you return to the resort its setting is extraordinary, beautiful and peaceful.

The villa has it own private pool deck and lanai area with breathtaking views over the 14 acre fully stocked fishing lake. We have no rear neighbors overlooking our beautiful home which allows guests to enjoy the spectacular lake views and wildlife in peace and tranquility. The house is located on the larger of the two lakes at a central position, which adds to the privacy and peacefulness available on the pool deck.

The Lanai, a covered seating area with its own ceiling fan and light, is accessible from the family room allowing guests to sit out at all times of the day or night and enjoy the superb waterfront and wildlife. This really is a must have area for guests with small children who sometimes will just need some time out from the sun but still remain outdoors. A pool fence can be installed on request.
There is a large gas BBQ which you can use without charge. If the gas is running empty, just give us a call and we will arrange for a refill at our costs.

Our home boosts a vast variety of equipment, including free fast Wi-Fi connection up to 200 Mbps (wireless speed may vary), Smart televisions, Sonos sound system, Golf clubs and bags, fishing rods and tackle, 'Play Station 3' with gaming chairs, Blu Ray player, Badminton rackets and tennis rackets for your enjoyment on the resort courts.

Family Room
Our family room is grand, vast and spacious with an open plan aspect. It’s double heightened ceiling adds to the grandeur of the room. All windows, including those which are elevated are mirrored to deflect the Florida heat and compliments our fully air conditioned home. The room is superbly equipped with a 65 inch smart-TV with full cable package. If you have HBO Go, Netflix, Hulu or any other streaming account, you just log in and see your favorite series or movies. The Sonos sound system will enable guests to personalize their music tastes whilst relaxing on one of our leather, comfortable sofa's. This room also houses a large dining table that caters for 6 or more diners and is ideal for enjoying meals in a cooler environment whilst still offering great views over the lake and island.

Formal Dining Area
Our large marble edged dining table offers guests a quality and charming place to dine in comfort and style. We have an abundance of china and glassware to enable guests to dine in a splendid environment which is complimented by views from the dining area over the private lake. By featuring an open plan aspect the cook or chef will be able to fully partake in the dining experience without having to leave the room.

Games Room
The fully loaded games room is impressively equipped with a slate pool table, PlayStation 3 and gaming chairs allowing games to be played on our large 55" smart TV. It also boosts a top quality football table, a professional electric dart board and sofa. This room is fully air conditioned together with a ceiling fan for your total comfort and enjoyment, (rather than a hot garage with a pool table and wall fan). Here you can also find Golf Clubs, Fishing Rods, Tennis & Badminton Rackets, etc.

Ground floor Master Bedroom
Our first floor (ground floor0 master bedroom has a super king sized bed and is fitted with high standard bed linen. Our room features a wall mounted smart TV with access to our cable package. The view from this master bedroom across the lake is just breathtaking and the patio doors from the master suite give private access onto the pool deck.

Second King bed room
Our second King bed room is located on the second floor. Besides the large king size bed it has cable connected smart TV, Sonos and a large wardrobe and a ceiling fan.

First Queen bedroom
Our first Queen bed room is situated on the second floor (of the west wing) with its own private staircase. This again has magnificent views across the lake and has its own full en-suite, walk in wardrobe and ceiling fan besides cable, 49" smart TV. The queen size bed is an ideal place to relax and recharge after a busy day.

Second Queen bed room
On the same floor there is a further Queen bed room, this again is impressively presented with a 49" smart TV and with a large wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Two Twin bedrooms
Also situated on the second floor are two twin rooms, one of which is Disney themed, displaying all those famous characters. Both of these twin rooms also have ceiling fans with smart TVs and with one of the rooms with a large wardrobe.

Pool Deck
Our large pool deck is a great place for one to relax, enjoy and have fun. You can look out over the pool and fishing lake with its nature island from our covered lanai area which has comfortable seating and ceiling fan/ light. This is an ideal place to escape the Florida sun and enjoy your surroundings without having to go inside.
The pool deck is also furnished with 4 sun loungers including beach towels, and a large patio table with chairs and parasols to help enjoy evening cocktails whilst looking out over the pool which is illuminated.
During the cooler months (October to April) we can heat the pool (for an additional charge of $25/day plus local taxes) to make sure no one misses the fun.

At the pool deck you can also find our Hot Tub, which is a 220V Hot tub, rather than the usual 110V tub. The Hot Tub is large enough for 6 people.

Note for European guests; Second floor is actually the first floor in Europe.
