On the main level is the Living Area, Half Bath, full size washer and dryer, and the fully stocked kitchen ready to host your family meals. Step out on the private patio just outside the kitchen and enjoy the warm sun while sipping your favorite drink (updated patio set pictures coming soon). The upper floor contains 2 spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom. The Primary Bedroom holds a King Size Bed and the Guest Room provides 2 Queen Beds. On the grounds of this complex you will find a nice charcoal grilling area with great places to sit and watch the boats go by on the Intercoastal Canal. One more great perk to this home is FREE PARKING, up to 2 cars.

**PET INFORMATION - Dog friendly up to 2 dogs but only with prior approval. You MUST call or message us once you have made the reservation if booking online, or through a 3rd party site such as Airbnb, VRBO, or . There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee for up to 2 dogs. This fee is not reflected in the total and is added after booking. The pet fee does not cover damage. Any damage to the property will be charged to your credit card separately. **

*Televisions are streaming only! There is no cable or satellite in this home. We do not provide logins or passwords for apps. You must use your own logins and log out when you leave.*

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.
