Neeta's place was a perfect place for me!Neeta's communication was proactive and responsive whenever I had questions.The neighborhood is quiet and I felt very safe. Loved that I could wash my clothes after supporting a friend moving all week!

Lovely stay. Easy to get around. Large walk in shower. If someone is in the main house you can hear them slightly.

Our host was terrific, quickly responded to any questions that I had. The property was super clean inside and out. The walking trail immediately next to the property was a fantastic way to decompress after a hectic day. I would definitely stay here again.

The home is in a quiet, nice neighborhood and was very clean and comfortable, just the right size for two people. The host communicated clearly before and during our stay and was very responsive to messages, which made check-in and everything else smooth and easy. There’s a nice trail through the woods for walks, plus a wide walking path throughout the neighborhood. The location is also very convenient for visiting both Bremerton and Gig Harbor. Overall, we had a good experience and would happily stay here again.

This place is an excellent place to stay for a solo traveler or even a couple. Love the fact that there is a washer/dryer in the unit for use. Love the walk-in shower. The bed is nice and comfortable. The kitchenette suits the needs if you don't expect to cook. There is a microwave and a hot plate. Dishes for two and a couple pots and pans and a full size fridge. Communication between the host and myself was great. She answered my questions promptly. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Things that I didn't like were the lack of control of the temperature. I had to contact the host in order to raise the temperature. There were no dryer sheets and I had to buy some. It would also be nice to have paper plates and bowls and ziplock bags available for use.Other than those minor details, I would highly recommend this cute little place to stay.

Perfect one bedroom in law unit

We came for a friend’s wedding in Port Orchard. The suite was perfect for our 4 night stay. It was quiet, EXTREMELY clean, and in a brand new development surrounded by trees and walking trails. It had a nice big shower and great TV. Perfect for what we needed.

Stay was great!

Thank you for your hospitality. The place and the neighborhood were very nice. Only issue was one evening there was a lot of noise (like furniture being moved or put together) in the middle of the night in the connected house. Aside from that it was a nice home away from home stay

Very comfortable and easy. Clean new place on the side of a new house in a subdivision. Nice trails in the greenbelt adjacent to the house.

Relaxing

Overall the stay way phenomenal. Very peaceful surroundings. I would suggest a ceiling fan or oscillating fan or temp control. Checking in and checking out was a breeze, communication has been excellent, and would recommend to stay here! Thank you!!!

You are in a shared residence and hear conversations, toilet use, walking around other noise and the smell of whatever is cooking permeates into the room. All shades pulled down to hide view of trash cans and the backyard which does not appear to be private but for use of the owners.

Cozy and quite weekend get away

My husband and I went to Port Orchard for a friend's baby shower. We live an hour away so decided to stay for the weekend. This suite is so cute and cozy! We really enjoyed the rare weekend day to sleep in. Everything in the suite (and property) was neat and clean. The main house is in a new upcoming neighborhood that is close to breweries, restaurants and shops. We let the property manager that we would be coming in after midnight and she sent us a note in the morning making sure our check in went smooth. She also checked in with us later in the day to make sure that we had everything we needed. Great place to spend a weekend in!

Cozy and Simple

I was in the rental for just under 2 weeks while working in Silverdale. This is the first time I have rented a property that is not the full residence so there was some hesitation. Turned out great - no regrets. The property is an attached MIL suite with private entrance. Very clean space with easy access and all of the amenities. The kitchenette is limited but provides full size fridge, microwave, single burner, dishes, cookware, and utensils so you can cook in a pinch. The area is a new development with new build homes. It is somewhat removed from city center but not far from the highway but a care is definitely needed to get around. The run to Silverdale was not difficult during AM /PM traffic other than through Gorst ( normal). Quick easy little place, good for stop-in visits or for the business traveler looking to get out of a hotel. I pretty much just spent late evenings and mornings in the unit (office most of the day). I will stay again if I’m back in the area and need a place to stay. Quiet, easy lodging.
