Escape to a terrific 3-bedroom villa located in a small quiet and peaceful urbanisation of 12 villas just outside the village of Calonge and less than 4kms from one of the gorgeous beaches of the Costa Brava. This fantastic property sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, featuring 1 king bed in the main bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and 2 twin bedded bedrooms, perfect for a family or small group of friends. With amenities like free WiFi, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, and a washing machine, guests can relax and enjoy their stay. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
Several golf courses and walking trails are close by and the local Spanish markets are easily accessed. Supermarkets and a variety of restaurants are within easy reach.
There is a stylish open plan living/dining room with a sitting area, a streaming TV system (all language programs), and a DVD/CD player. There is also a good sized dining table and French doors leading out to the terrace, garden and private swimming pool. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with granite tops, electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, and a full range of kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery.
A washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are located in the garage.
The 3 spacious bedrooms are on the first floor, each with air-conditioning and plenty of built in wardrobes. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet. The second bathroom has a bath/shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet. A third bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet is located on the ground floor. A baby cot is available on request.
All floors are tiled.
The covered terrace is great for enjoying meals outside whilst being shaded from the midday sun. The private swimming pool is a decent size 8m x 3m, and the shallow end is perfect for children. The pool is almost 2m at the deep end. Pool inflatables are available to add to the fun of the pool. Plenty of garden furniture, sun-beds and a gas BBQ are provided for your enjoyment. There is also a rotary washing line in the garden.
All linen and towels, including pool towels are provided. If you require any cleaning or laundry during your stay this can be arranged with our property manager who will advise you of the additional cost.
