The house we stayed in was amazing. It was clean and there was plenty of room. The beds were extremely comfy and the furnishings were awesome. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Great home

The home was great. Very clean and the hosts were very responsive. The location was great, it was an easy golf cart or trolley ride to get everywhere we wanted to go. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent home and community and my grandson loved the basketball court next to the Kid's Camp Pool. The only downside to our stay was that the pool right next to our rental was closed the entire stay for renovation, and we had been told the pool would be open while we were there. Despite that disappointment, we had a wonderful time in an awesome home and community!

The house is perfect for two families to share! It was clean, beautifully decorated, everything was in good repair and we have everything we needed to be comfortable for the week. The house is close to the Dragonfly pool and 5 minute bike ride to Camp Watercolor. All of the Watercolor amenities are within a comfortable biking distance, including riding to Seaside.

Great value!

With access to the Beach Club and Camp Watercolor, it is tough to find a better deal than Watercolor. The house was in great shape; as good as or better than the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked with high-quality appliances, cutlery, dishes, etc. Parking behind the house was super convenient since we had a car. 100% recommend this property.

Watercolor family vacation 2023

As previous owners of a cottage in Watercolor, we know what a wonderful first class family community it is - we now enjoy going back as renters and this house did not disappoint! It is beautifully furnished and the layout was ideal for us grandparents and our daughter and her family, including their nanny. We rented a low speed vehicle to get around in and also used the bikes. Having the Dragonfly pool nearby was nice and we also spent time at the beach club and camp watercolor.

Great family stay in Watercolor

Very comfortable stay for 4 adults and a toddler. Was originally planning for 6 adults, and while that is definitely possible, it may have felt a bit cramped. Children's room (bunk beds) is quite small, so if you're planning to put a Pack 'n Play in there, be sure to get measurements first. Lots of comfy seating. Very clean. Recommended!

Beach vacation

Beautiful home, clean and very comfortable. A 5 minute drive to beach, that was not an issue as we went off season. We will definitely book next year.

Loved our visit!

House was spotless and great location! Access to the watercolor beach club and camp watercolor was priceless! About a minute walk to the dragonfly pool was great for our young kids. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property! We very much enjoyed our stay and the property management was very easy to communicate with. The only complication was difficulty obtaining pool arm bands for the arrival day while awaiting checkin. As it was a very short trip, this was rather important to us. We were able to work it out on our own, but this is something that shouldn’t be so difficult. Other than that perfect stay!

Needs a new property manager

Writing this in hopes the owners will see it. We drove from Houston,tx to watercolor last Friday. 5 kids in a car for 10 hours. Exclusive 30a girls said we could check in at 1pm. I was so excited! Apparently no one had stayed there the day before us so it worked out great. Had my groceries scheduled to be delivered at 1pm. Called the morning of to confirm. No call back. Called 7 times. Nothing. Would have gone to Destin and killed some time. No call back. Then I get a text? I ask if we can still check in early and no response. Oddest communication. Once we arrive our code doesn’t work. My groceries are walking up. I get a text from a new person. This was the property manager and she was so snappy and rude. I said can you please just help us get our groceries inside? She would ignore me and say “who said you could check in early?”. She was acting like we were criminals trying to rob the house. Long story short after BEGGING her she finally came and let our groceries inside and she was PISSED. I told her the house was clean and she said “ma’am there is no way for you or I to know that” my husband started to follow behind her inside.. we had loads of suitcases in the hot sun.. she said “I WILL TELL YALL WHEN YALL CAN COME INSIDE” her face was red. She was angry. She could have said “hey y’all I have to check and make sure everything is ok!” We would have said ok thank you! After 15 minutes waiting in the hot sun she came outside, still angry and said I need to change a lightbulb

Beautiful home

This home was perfect for my husband and three children. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. A short bike ride from everything! We loved the screened in porch and spent most evenings there. We hope to be back soon!!

Wedding weekend

My family stayed at this property from Thursday - Monday for my daughter's wedding weekend in Seaside. The house was beautifully decorated and everything was fresh and clean. The property manager was responsive. We had a lovely time and will definitely return!
