Hi Jeff, Thank you for your review! Note that you were the last guest to stay in the apartment before the renovations. In late January and early February, we changed almost everything in the apartment. Flooring, tiles, bathtub, toilets, furniture,... Hopefully, next time you stay with us, you will give us that extra star! Best regards, MTLVacationRentals team.

Wonderful, thanks for this great review! We're always there to help. Best regards from Montreal!

Thank you for your review. Although we respect everyone's opinion, we want to specify that there is a deadbolt on the front door and the indoor staircase is a standard one with approximately 12 steps and a ramp. You're right, the location is excellent with great restaurants, bars, unique shops, parks and public transport. Best regards form the MTLVacationRentals team

This is wonderful to read! Many thanks, Merci! Hope to host you again in any of our Plateau apartments in Montreal. Best regards from the MTLVacationRentals team

Thank you for your nice review. Indeed, both King beds had done their time, we changed them (August 2019) for brand new ones. Our super comfortable memory foam mattresses are still there for you to have a good night sleep! Best wishes, the MTL Vacation Rentals team

Oh merci! Many thanks for this raving review! Indeed, we are a friendly and responsive team, we're always there to help you throughout your stay and accomodate you if we can. The is no space for a washer and dryer inside but the laundry mat is just around the corner ;) Au plaisir, best regards Caroline, MTL Vacation Rentals

Thank you for your honest review, we appreciate your comments and take them seriously. We found someone to fix the arcade, put new pool sticks and fix the pockets. With our small yet professionnal and friendly team we spare no efforts to keep our apartments clean, well-stocked and well-maintained. Location of the Entertainer is indeed a huge plus! We truly hope you'll be back this summer ;) Best regards, MTL Vacation Rentals

**Update: both King beds were replaced in August 2019)** Many thanks for your great review! It was a pleasure hosting you and your family, the pool table, arcade games and Netflix on HDTV are there to entertain everyone ;) Thank you for mentioning the king bed's squeak, we are checking them today so you can sleep like a baby in our memory foam mattresses. Please note that large extra blankets are in the back wardrobe as well as a fan. You're right, free parking can be hard to find on the Plateau, by booking one of our parking spot or buying a daily permit you get the peace of mind. Hope to see you this summer! Kind regards, Yann & Caroline MTL Vacation Rentals

Oh what a pleasure to read your great review! It's the first one since our recent issue with the pool table and arcade machine. As you could see, they are now both repaired and working just great. You're right, our apartment is a good starting point to explore the city and to get entertained ;) Thank you for your good words. Best regards, Caroline MTL Vacation Rentals

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments on HomeAway. We really do take them seriously and every comment, bad or good (although we prefer the good ones) help us be better at what we do. To set the record straight, the pictures were taken in late 2017 right after we've done renovations: adding an en-suite washroom in the rear bedroom, changing the floors, the main bathroom sink and toilet and some furniture. We don’t quite understand what it is that you believe is “not representative of photos”. We do not advertise this place as luxury as it is not. But it is definitely not a worn down place either. We also feel the need to mention that you had reserved an apartment made to accommodate up to 10 people, on the most sought after weekend in Quebec and possibly Canada, The F1 Grand Prix weekend. Rates were high everywhere in Montréal for that event. Obviously, more advantageous rates are offered outside of special events. We're doing our best to keep our place well maintained and clean and we definitely agree with you that those used linens should not have been left behind by our cleaning crew. We'll definitely speak to our team about this, as it's unacceptable. We are, on the other hand, quite confused about your comment on the pool table. We admit that it has hits and bumps on its sides but it also has two major qualities: the felt on it is brand new and the table is straight. We understand you were disappointed but on our side, we wish we had had a chance to fix the situation. FOR ALL FUTUR GUESTS, we have a team available 24/7 and someone is always there to help. We believe errors can happen but the way someone reacts to them shows who they are. We would have corrected most of your issues within a couple of hours if we had been notified. Maybe then we would have been deserving of at least a fourth star. :) Best regards, Caroline and Yann MTL Vacation Rentals

Thank you very much, it's appreciated! We're glad you enjoyed our memory foam mattresses and the linens we provide. It was apleasure hosting you and your family. Best regards, Caroline, MTLVacationRentals

Wonderful, thanks for your great review! We're happy you enjoyed all the amenities we provide and the vibrant area. There is no washer and dryer in this apartment, but a laundry is located 2 block away if needed ;) Our devoted team is always there to help you throughout your stay. Best, MTL Vacation Rentals!
