The space
This is a 3000 Sq. feet home located on more than 6 acers with Majestic views of Sierra Mountain range from all around. This lovely abode provides the unbeatable serenity, tranquility and harmony with nature which you always dreamt for, while providing all the amazing amenities like a modern home.

This recently renovated home is fantastic mix of luxury and comfort and offers a remarkable vacation experience for your BIG family or group of families, who are here to make memories.

To help create those family moments, main cabin provides ample of space to sit together both inside and outside. Inside you will have beautiful rustic look generated by tongue ‘n’ groove walls and ceilings with mountain range views through large windows from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Outdoors you will relish a huge partially covered deck with lots of seating with MAJESTIC views only to be seen to be appreciated. Also enjoy the dipping pool or soak in hot tub both looking at splendid and stunning views of the mountains and the valley.

One of the most standout feature of Yosemite’s Mountain Majesty is the Dome room experience with breathtaking views of Sierra Mountain range. Enjoy a cup of coffee, sip a glass of wine with your loved one, mediate or do yoga in early mornings or evenings or enjoy as a sunroom on a chilly day. Experience the view and world around you- wind , rain , snow or anything, while staying calm, chill and relax inside.

This home provides 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 big living room, and can sleep comfortably up to 18 people. Being split between two homes, a Main cabin and a detached barn home, you will love the flexibility of staying close as well as getting some privacy for the young adults in the family. Main Cabin which can sleep 12 has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and children's toy room. And the detached barn home which sleeps 6 has 1 big bedroom, 1 full bathroom and 1 well equipped massive game room which includes – Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Pool Table, Arcade and lots of board games.

Both homes have smart TVs where you can use your log in to multiple streaming apps like Netflix/Hulu/prime video etc.

The main Cabin has centralized AC and heating in all rooms. The detached barn home has two wall-mounted ACs- 1 in game room and 1 in bedroom. Barn home has a wall heater to keep you warm in the chilly times.

BEDROOM#3: Sleeps 4 - 4 Bunk Beds including 1 twin trundle bed
BEDROOM#4: (Upstairs): Sleeps 2 - Full size Futon bed with 3 in 1 game table and toys for toddlers and young kids.
KITCHEN: Well equipped with pots, pans, crock pots, rice cooker, mixer, toasters etc.

The kitchen is in the main cabin and is well equipped with most essentials, like pots, pans, cookware, cups, silverware, and more! Some cooking amenities like salt, pepper, oil etc. may be left by our prior guests/friends/families. You are more than welcome to use any of these items (after checking the ingredients for allergies and age of those consumables). We however highly recommend you bring all cooking consumables which can make your cooking and dining experience memorable. (remember market is only minutes away if you forget to bring any). There is NO working kitchen, and NO cooking allowed in Barn home.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property except BARN Home Garage and downstairs room. They are used for host storage only.
Other things to note
Depending on when the reservation is made, up to 7 days before the arrival a digital welcome guide/book will be sent to you. That will contain your special door code, address and other info to help you prepare for your trip.

Parking - There is plenty of parking available on the property for up to 6-8 cars, including a covered 2 car garage at the main cabin.

Security Cameras - There are external only security cameras at certain entrance points.

HOUSE RULES: (We Request and appreciate you very carefully going over following the house rules)
✔ First and foremost – Sit Back, Relax and Disconnect at our majestic escape.
✔ Quite hours 10 pm to 7 am to be strictly followed.
✔ This property is NOT pet friendly. PETs not allowed
✔ Please respect the neighborhood and do not park on the streets and other driveways (Many are privately owned)
✔ Always supervise the children and never leave them unattended.
✔ NO SMOKING, vaping, e‑cigarettes, cannabis, illegal drugs allowed on the property
✔ Kindly note that any type of wood burning is NOT allowed outdoors due to heightened fire risk in the area. Propane firepit and BBQ grill are provided and usable year-round.
✔ There is no lifeguard on duty. Please use hot tub and pool respectfully and at your own risk.
✔ We kindly ask that you shower prior to entering Pool & hot tub.
✔ No Food/Drink is allowed in the Pool or Hot Tub.
✔ Do NOT Leave any food, waste/trash outside unattended. Bear Proof dumpster is provided to put away all the trash (Wildlife including Bears, Foxes, Coyotes and other critters are common visitors in mountain properties near Yosemite, including ours).
✔ Leave the property in as found state.


Occupancy:
✔ We have set maximum occupancy to be 18 to provide a comfortable stay to our guests. That maximum number includes all guests including infants & toddlers. At any given time during the stay the maximum guest on the property should not exceed 18.
✔ To provide adequate time to our housekeeping/cleaning staff to make the property in pristine condition, we must adhere strictly to our check in and check out times. Early check ins and late check outs are almost always very difficult to accommodate. If you need guaranteed early check in or guaranteed late check out, we recommend booking an additional night.


Other Considerations:

Please note that to maintain and manage park housekeeping Yosemite National Park, has implemented a reservation system in recent years. We highly recommend that you regularly check the National Parks websites and other sources for any updates regarding the reservation system, park closures etc.

We are in mountain regions and during winter season, Snow Falls, Icy Roads/conditions are very frequent & possible, please monitor national weather forecasts and be prepared with tire chains, proper gears to over come any challenges and follow California highway patrol & Yosemite Park guidelines and requirements.

Our Home is situated with stunning mountains all around. While this brings the serenity, tranquility and experience of a lifetime, this also entails the presence of native inhabitants or critters like rats, spiders, bats, eagles, ants, and other insects. While the property goes through a regular professional pest control services that does not guarantee that you may not encounter one or few of those during your stay. Please be respectful to all wildlife, maintain safe distance to protect yourself and them both.
