“Thank you for your feedback! While the beach view may not be direct Gulf front, we’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location—being on the same side of the road as the beach and right by the pool makes access quick and easy for both the pool and Gulf. We appreciate the recommendation and hope to welcome you back again soon!”

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that, overall, your stay was great. We want to clarify that the charge was due to damage that required the replacement of both our high-quality linens and the waterproof mattress encasement. Unfortunately, the extent of the damage was beyond standard cleaning and could not be salvaged. As we communicated, we recommended filing a claim with the travel insurance provider you selected at the time of booking, as they are often able to reimburse for accidental damage. We always strive to be transparent and fair in our policies to maintain a quality experience for all of our guests. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed the cleanliness of the home, the spacious layout, and the convenient location near both the pool and beach. We also want to sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the bedroom layout. You are absolutely right—there was an error in our property description that previously noted 6 bedrooms on one level and 1 on the main floor. In reality, the home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on the lower level, and 2 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms—including the kitchen, living, and dining areas—on the upper/main level. That listing inaccuracy has since been corrected across all booking platforms. Had we known you were traveling with a family member with medical concerns, we would have gladly helped you find a home more suited to those needs. We strive to be transparent about our properties, and while the photos clearly show stair access to both floors, we understand how important it is for descriptions to be equally clear. We’re very sorry that this impacted your stay and appreciate your comments, as they help us improve for future guests. We hope your next vacation experience is more aligned with your family’s needs and thank you again for choosing to stay with us.
