This is a beautiful 10-bedroom, 10 full and 2 half-bath home, ideally located just across from the 12th Street beach access in Gulf Shores. Each of the two 2,250-square-foot floors features 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a full kitchen, a living and dining area, a wet bar, and porches on both the beach and pool sides.

Connected by both stairs and an elevator, the two levels can function as one large space or separate private floors, as doors to the stairways can be closed for added privacy.

The top-floor primary bath has been beautifully remodeled to include handicap-accessible features, ensuring that all guests can enjoy a comfortable stay.

Floors were horribly dirty. Bottoms of our feet were black. White socks were ruined. Keurig on 2nd floor did not work nor did the microwave above the oven. Called maintenance. Never showed up. Everything else was great!

Amazing Vacation

We had 21 of us in the house. The set up was perfect! Loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. Loved how close to the beach it was. Plenty of parking. Our only issue was we paid extra for the pool to be heated and we had to call daily for the first half of our trip because the pool heat was not working. Also we ended up bringing our own garbage down to the curb because no one did it for us as stated in our instructions.

Perfect size for our family!

This place fit our family better than any place weā€™ve had before. 20 of us do this every Thanksgiving and everyone thought this place was best. Loved each rooom having own bath. Also kitchen was hands down most furnished weā€™ve ever had. Separate ice machines on each floor was a great touch! Would definitely stay here in future! Highly recommend!

We are a family of 23 and had a really good time during our stay. The entrance to the beach was across the street. Two pools at the house was great! Having our own bathroom was a dream. The house was perfect for us. We will come back !!!

Remarkable

Most of my family members were skeptical of a beach getaway. Most beach trips have been somewhat disheveled. Rarely has a beach city experience overwhelming surprised my family. Everyone enjoyed the privacy of having their own bathroom and the 1/2 bathroom on each level. Every staff member were more than willing to assist and showed true southern hospitality. Thanks GSV rentals. We will definitely visit again.
