Lemonade Stand – Professionally Managed by Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals (GSVR)

This is the perfect destination for large gatherings, located directly across from the beach in West Beach, just 2 miles west of Hwy 59. Its prime location offers easy access to local restaurants and shops, and it's only half a block from Waves Market and Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails.

Spacious Accommodations
This 13-bedroom home is designed for comfort, featuring:
- 11 King bedrooms and 2 Queen bedrooms
- Two bedrooms with Twin Daybeds or Daybeds with Trundles
- Most bedrooms have private balconies with views of the Gulf, pool, or Little Lagoon
- Each bedroom is equipped with a TV
- 12 full baths (12 of the bedrooms have ensuite baths, while the 13th bedroom is next to a hall bath)

The Lemonade stand was fantastic! We enjoyed our stay so much. The stairs were quite the workout but we didn't mind them. We loved the main space layout and how much seating there was for dining. It is the perfect size for large family get togethers. The area was fantastic- so close to the market and coffee shops. The walk to the beach access was so easy as well. The pool was fantastic and we used it every day. The kitchens were well stocked. The wifi was spotty but we weren't there to enjoy the internet. Excellent views from all the balconies. And management was quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

Lemonade stand was a great place for our family reunion. We had planned for 24, but ended up with 16 attending and we had plenty of room to spread out.The pool was lovely with plenty of pool toys and floaties. Although we couldn't enjoy it completely because there was very little sun protection. Evening swims became family conferences. Public beach access was close by and great for beach day as well as morning and evening beach walks. . While we appreciated the beach supplies, we would have expected a 12 bedroom house to have more than 7 beach chairs. And the wagon was helpful, but could use some attention. Additionally, some of the deck furniture was breaking down. Having 2 full kitchens was wonderful with enough dinnerware to serve all plus some. Some of the kitchen appliances didn't work properly and others could use some maintenance. Overall, we loved the decor, furnishings and location. We highly recommend lemonade stand for family vacation.

Lemonade Stand is great

Wonderful house with ample kitchens and spacious bedrooms. Terrific pool and the beach is right across the road. The kids had a wonderful time and so did the adults. Highly recommended.

Lemonade Stand, Gulf Shores, AL

The property had a massive amount of room for our large family for a Thanksgiving getaway. The management company was very responsive throughout the entire reservation process, as well as check-in and during our stay. We paid for the pool to be heated for our entire stay, but when we arrived, the pool was dirty and the heat was not on. It did not get warm until the following morning. We had issues with running the dishwashers, and on Thanksgiving day, a technician showed up to assist. He was able to get them running after flipping a breaker. However, we had great difficulty trying to run them even after he left. They would turn on for a few minutes and then turn off again after many tries. Eventually we were able to run two loads but we still don't know what we did to make it happen. The tech asked if we were having any other problems, and I told him that we had discovered that, because the insulation was missing from around the main oven doors, the ovens did not work well or cook evenly. That was very problematic for two turkeys and all the sides that go along with the Thanksgiving dinner. Also noted by several members of the group were electrical outlets around the house either not working or old (worn to the point where plugs would not stay in). Additionally, there were quite a few live roaches around the house and ants coming in through cracks in the mortar of the backsplash of one of the kitchen sinks. We almost lost our pies and cakes to them.

Great place. They were fast responding to any problems at the property. A few things had to be fixed while we were there but not a problem, they fixed them. Needs a elevator.

Loved Lemonade

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great time staying at Lemonade. The house was clean and roomy. We loved the pool area so much that we spent no time ion the beach, which was about a five minute walk to the walkway. We had a group of 15 and it was nice that each of the kids had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Mistake we made was having the teens on the first floor. Next time I would put them up on the third floor because there are A LOT of stairs. The only issue we had was with the internet and a couple TVs. We arrived on Saturday and that night found that most of the TVs would not connect to the network. I called the next morning and they had someone come out that afternoon. It was found that the extender for the third floor had been removed. We had to wait until Monday for the extenders to be replaced. So another evening with no TVs in a couple of the north bedrooms. Once the extenders had been replaced, service was fine in all bedrooms except the three northeast bedrooms (each floor). I called again Tuesday and was told someone would be out. In the afternoon the TVs appeared to be working, so I cancelled. Again that night, the TVs in those three bedrooms would not connect to the network. By this time I was tired of calling so we used our devices in the evening to watch TV. Our Firesticks, Roku sticks, and iPads connected to the network just fine. Not sure why the TVs would not. One recommendation I would make to the home owners is to have a half bath under the house. Luckily for us, the two people on the pool side first floor bedrooms allowed everyone to use their bathrooms instead of having to run to the second floor half baths or all the way to your own bath on the third floor. All in all, we would definitely stay again if going back to the Gulf Shores! Management was great about responding to my calls. The house was cleaned and nicely furnished. And the location was great.

Some things did not work, like one of the microwaves, loose door handles, dryer vents that were so clogged it could have been a fire hazard. Major problems were dealt with quickly, like the air conditioner and pool pump. Overall we made many long lasting memories.

Memories Made Here!

The Lemonade Stand was the perfect place for our large family vacation! This house is amazing, two large kitchens with everything you need! The private pool was also a big hit with our group, plenty of room and lounge chairs. The kids had a blast playing and making lifelong memories with their cousins! I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!

Its 3 levels, huge rooms, two full kitchens with 2 dishwashers each. Tons of beach chairs to use, a garage fridge for extra drinks. I can't begin to list all the positives on this home. We will stay here again. I do wish you could see the gulf... and I wish there was direct access to the beach. But the walk to the beach is only 5 mins. So totally doable.

Best house in Gulf Shores

We enjoyed our stay at the Lemonade Stand. House was beautiful inside and out. Staff very professional and responsive. No issues. Everything was clean. Only thing missing is an elevator.

We are a family with school aged children. For years we did an annual big family trip. Lemonade Stand incorporates the things our family wants when we get together--spaces for us all to be together, plus spaces for quiet time. Oh, and our 'must haves' like the pool, grills, lounge chairs and more!

We love this family friendly area of West Beach. There are just 4 rows of houses, but it is still just minutes from things to do, and you can walk to the end of the block to visit Waves market, the ice cream shop or Beach House Grill.

You'll love the big pool area with lots of lounge chairs. We have a huge space under the house with grills & tables but it has also been used for square dancing and an array of receptions.
