Perfect weekend reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect location for our girls reunion. Plenty of beds and the kitchen is set up for people who cook! We did all but one of our meals at the house. The view was spectacular and the distance to the beach a short walk away. We didn't want to do anything but relax and we were able to in comfort!

Wife's 50th

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location with access to everything we needed. Walked to Moonstone beach with ease. Walked into town via the Santa Rosa Creek trail which was cool. Better views of the ocean then we expected and could actually hear the waves crashing at night which we didn't expect. We would stay here again.

Great for kids, but I would recommend a baby gate for toddlers because of the stairs. Kitchen is a great size. Wonderful neighborhood. Loved this rental.

Cannot beat the location of this beautiful home. Ocean views from the living/dining/kitchen areas and wrap-around deck. Beach, park, and downtown are all walking distance. Close to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve too. We also enjoyed visiting the Clydedales at Covell Ranch - a twelve minute drive. House was very clean and had more than enough dishes and kitchenware for our family of seven to save money by eating our meals there. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space too. There were even beach towels, which helped when one of our kids forgot hers! And just in case you're wondering - two coffee makers - drip and Keurig - and coffee on the deck or in the little alcove in the comfy chairs overlooking the ocean in the mornings was a favorite way for us to start the day. We would return to this house again in a heartbeat!
