This modern house was completely renovated in 2024 with new flooring, new ceiling high soft close cabinets, recess lights, and appliances. Also, it has been fully outfitted with everything brand new - from furniture to beds to mattresses to towels to silverware and everything in between!

This house is a ranch, one story house with no stairs to climb, long driveway, two keypad entry doors, fenced backyard and a nice size front yard. The house number is lit with an LED backlight so it's very easy to find.


The house features 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds, very comfortable 16" mattresses, sheets, pillows, nightstands, and generous sized closets with plenty of hangers, extra pillows, extra sheets and of course iron/iron board. There is also a yoga mat along with some basic gym workout equipment available in the closet. There is also a bassinet/packnplay for your baby to enjoy!


The living room offers a leather sofa and a love seat along with a 65" LG Smart TV hanging on the wall featuring YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney Plus or connect your phone or laptop to it. Underneath the TV is a bar cart with all the essential bar equipment and glasses to make a fresh cocktail.


The kitchen features a plenty of cabinets to store the food and beverages that you purchase. It comes equipped with a large French doors style stain resistant stainless steel refrigerator with water and ice along with a matching microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Further, a toaster oven and drip coffee machine with a timer are supplied. Need another appliances? Just ask! The kitchen also has plenty of pots and pans along with servingware, utensils, various types of plates, bowls, napkins, salt, pepper, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, dish soap and sponges.
