The main level of the house is open with an abundance of natural light with views of the trails of Sunday River. White Heat, the steepest trail in New England, tempts you just outside the windows as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy your apres ski beverage. Enjoy a full kitchen with bar stool counter seating, plus an additional spacious dining area with views of the meadow and surrounding woods through the panoramic windows. The spacious living area is open to the kitchen and dining room so those that choose to cook are fully engaged in the apres ski conversation.

Upstairs in the sleeping area is a large master suite with a queen size bed, an in-suite full bathroom, and walk-in closet. Guests will also find two additional bedrooms upstairs in what was formerly the hayloft- both with queen size beds as well with an open concept ceiling on both bedrooms. Exposed beams and custom craftsmanship are a common theme throughout the house, and are especially showcased upstairs.

The lower level provides additional sleeping possibilities with two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with bunks and a trundle bed, along with two additional bunk beds in the larger outer room along with a full bathroom with 2 sinks, tub/shower combination.
