Excellent kitchen for cooking home meals with views to the backyard to watch the kids and pets play, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and breakfast bar. Family room has sold surface flooring with cozy fireplace for the cold winter nights. Upstairs features 4 bedrooms; Primary Bedroom has spacious bathroom with separate tub, shower stall, double sinks and walk-in closet. Spacious backyard and patio, great for entertaining anytime of the year.

Guest Access:
Park in the driveway or in front of the home. 2 parks are within walking distance.

**Please note all stays over 30 days require a monthly cleaning, paid by the guest at our current standard cleaning rate. Guest will be contacted in order to make payment and coordinate scheduling at at time when the property is vacant so that our cleaning staff can have the best use of their time and prepare the property for the guest return.
