This house was beautiful and the views of the fall foliage was amazing. The hosts were very prompt answering questions we had. Basement games we a big bonus!! Definitely would go back.

Thank you for your positive review. Unfortunately, we cannot give you the same. Not only did your group trespass after checking out even as late as the following day. (The photo of black car and plate were provided to Vermont State police.) You/They, left the house a mess, broken cabinet door, 2 broken fans, broken shower and sink drains, ruined sheets and towels, ruined cast iron griddle and baking sheets, broken sleds and over 20 bags of garbage left in and out of house and in fire pit as well as cigarette butts EVERYWHERE, By all evidence, it does not appear that you smoked cigarettes in the house but that marijuana was smoked in the house as we are having a hard time getting rid of the smell!! Space heaters were used even after you were told to stop using, they are a safety hazard, one of your group members had a fire going 1 foot away from a log cabin and under a wooden porch. I would not recommend renting to you. Of course wear and tear on items are expected, this was not wear and tear. This was total disrespect for other people property. We have to have our cleaning crew there for 3 days in order to be able to rent to other families. This was totally avoidable with just a little respect.

Great cabin and location for our vacation. great spot for off road UTV, ATV riding, hiking, and golf which is what we did. The only thing that would have made this rental better would be a couple mini splits for A/C.

Everything about our stay was fabulous. The cabin is well taken care of, clean, cozy, and stocked with any kitchen gear you may need. Everyone enjoyed the game room. We had a great time and loved spending a few days in the snow! The host is very welcoming and accommodating. Thanks for a fun weekend!

This is an amazing house, we had a group of us stay here for a snowmobile trip for a week in early February. It was as described, very nice and very spacious and had everything that you would need, the kitchen had anything needed. It has terrific views and we had plenty of snow for awesome trails. Rudy and Ann were very nice and promptly returned any messages.Can’t wait to return for next year for another wonderful week. Would definitely rate it 10/10. Thank you Rudy and Ann.

We had some issues with some of the appliances and one of the games downstairs but the host tried with all her might to get it all replaced and repaired. The previous renters had damaged the microwave and flat screen tv and lost some of the parts to the air hockey game. The fridge wasn't working properly and it could have used a better cleaning under the couch cushions and under the couches as well as the inside of the fridge. But the previous renters apparently left it so bad that it took them four days to clean it all up. The house is beautiful and the view is spectacular!! Very quiet, very private. We will be returning if it's available when we need it again. Conveniently located to Island Pond. Ann and Rudy were so apologetic about everything. We really enjoyed our stay and the house is large enough that you can have your own personal space even with 7 of us there my aunts 95th birthday was a huge hit. Everyone enjoyed it.

Ann and Rudy are so responsive and helpful! The cabin is as described - lovely interiors and spacious. I stayed in the master suite on the 1st floor and that bed is to die for. Great en suite as well. My friends stayed in the other rooms and both reported enjoying their spaces. We didn't use the downstairs but if we had wanted to, it would have been a great additional space for another person or couple. And the fun and games down there were almost enough to entice us away from our writing retreat. The kitchen was equipped with nearly everything we need (I did bring my own stand mixer - but I'm a baker!). We also had everything else we could have asked for in terms of snow shovels, brooms, sleds (if we had been adventurous enough), de-icing, extra towels, blankets, etc. Seriously, such a fun space and shout out to Ray, the helpful neighbor who tugged me out of a snowbank in the drive way (lesson learned!).

Whenever I’m spending time with my family we always make the best of any place or situation. I did run into a few issues with the property but the owners were prompt and responded to the best of their abilities. I would love to stay again and it another try in the future.
