Escape to our charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation rental, ideally situated just a short stroll from the heart of downtown Kelley's Island! Our condominium complex boasts a private pool, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, where you can soak up the sun and relax.

We have thoughtfully equipped our home to ensure you have everything you need for a cozy and comfortable getaway, making it perfect for couples, families, and island adventurers alike.

### The Space:
Step into the inviting living room, featuring a large TV complete with a Wii, DVD player, and streaming services for your entertainment. The wet bar is perfect for entertaining and is stocked with glassware and refrigerated storage for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen seamlessly connects to the outdoor patio and living room, creating an ideal space for lounging and conversation. We provide essential items such as dish cleaning liquids, household tissues, towels, and coffee pods to make your stay hassle-free. You are also free to use the propane grill on the outdoor patio.

### Sleeping Arrangements:
Unwind in the Master Bedroom, which features a luxurious King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen-size bed, with a spacious full bath conveniently located just across the hall. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with soft linens and plush bath towels, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

You’ll also find a private washer and dryer off the living room hallway, along with an iron, ironing board, and cleaning supplies for your use (detergents are not provided).

### Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
To secure your stay, a 50% deposit of the total reservation value is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Enjoy peace of mind with our cancellation policy: reservations canceled at least 30 days before arrival receive a full refund, while cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

### Island & Transportation:
In addition to the wonderful amenities at our condo, you’ll find an array of shops, restaurants, and docks all within walking distance. Explore the island further by renting an on-site golf cart, utilizing the Island Ride taxi service, or bringing your own mode of transportation.

Please be sure to check the daily schedules for the Jet Express and Kelley's Island Ferry to plan your arrival. Note that boat schedules may vary based on seasonality and weather conditions. Boat fares are not included with your accommodation and must be purchased separately.

### Additional Rules & Information:
- Minimum booking and check-in age is 21.
- Events, celebrations, and parties are NOT permitted and will not be approved.
- This unit is located on the second floor of a multi-level building; A flight of stairs is required for access, and the unit is not wheelchair or ADA accessible.
- Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM.
- The unit is strictly non-smoking.
- Two assigned parking spaces are provided; additional parking is not available. If you rent a golf cart, it will count as one space.
- Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
